GameStop serves as a home base for gamers, offering new and used video games, consoles, controllers, and accessories for all major systems including retro gaming. It also carries trading cards and a wide variety of gaming, anime, and pop culture merchandise like collectibles, apparel, and board games. Customers can sell or trade in old consoles, games, accessories, and phones for cash or store credit, with the store now also buying PSA graded collectibles. The store is noted for having a surprisingly varied used game selection at some locations, though pricing on pre-owned titles can be seen as unrealistic. The staff is consistently described as friendly, attentive, eager to help, and knowledgeable, with many employees being gamers themselves. They provide excellent service, such as helping to find items and checking stock at other locations. While the in-store game selection can sometimes feel limited or typical, the online website often has cheaper prices, which the store will match. Overall, it is considered a great store and a favorite for many.
Went here this morning for the Switch 2 pre-order, everything went as smoothly as I wanted it, even with only one person behind the counter. My only issue was that I couldn't use my actual GameStop account (though that's more GameStop itself rather than this specific store.) Will update this review when June 5th comes.

Surprisingly varied used game selections. Most gamestops on the south side and center of the city are sorely LACKING in this department. Sure the pricing for their 2nd hand titles are predatory and unrealistic, but I know that's just GAMESTOP AS A WHOLE.It was nice to see some good selections regardless .
