Staff was not completely helpful. A little bit on the roadside. I want my purchase to be delivered somewhere else for a birthday gift they said they would and instead and went to an address that I did not want it to go to what I told them that the address was not correct on my receipt they said the computer will fix it in about 24 hours needless to say it was not fixed thank goodness I received a package to deliver it to the birthday person. I feel like there should be a 1-800 number for this business so you can call customer service to correct these matters before it's too late or the Packers goes to the wrong address.

They keep pushing the scratch protection over multiple times when I say no. I have ps1 games still in percent condition. It's to much and buying a game shouldn't be like turning down extras on a new car lease.

The employee that was there today, December 22 Sunday was by himself and I said politely and I smile. Oh yeah, just opened it was 12 and the man said I’ve been here all day with an attitude since 10 o’clock and I replied I was here at At 10 AM and the door was locked. Wait a few minutes 1015 door was still closed. I come back at 12 to make some purchases. He had an attitude I walked out. Ain’t getting my money I’ll go to target or Walmart like I’ve been doing

I bought a game from here couple days ago and it does not work . It was a waste of money and I will be returning it back to the store . Nobody have money to be throwing away !

I don't hate this gamestop but it is one of the least cared for. Half the time it looks like it's not even open. It just doesn't have and upbeat feel like the other ones I go to.

This GameStop turned out to be so horrible! When it use to be a very good GameStop! The new people they got since they reopened back up are horrible. So rude when you try to get help. I jus placed an online order to pickup in store today, it said online they had a copy left, I placed the order, it processed, took the money off my card, and the email said they were preparing my order. Then not even a half hour later I got an email saying they cancelled my order and I should get my money back in my account in 1-3 business days. I SHOULD GET MY MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY! Then when I went back online it said they had no copies left. I am BEYOND PISSED! I am only a 5 minute walk to this GameStop and I’ve been going here for years, the people who use to work here know me as a regular, but the new people they got are so horrible and rude.

I went in to get my son a switch gift card and then idiots sold me a year membership instead. So my son took it back and they refused to take it back so he put in a complaint with the bank, now it's just a waiting game for the dispute to get settled, so the charges will be returned to our credit card eventually. They also had a bad attitude because I am an older woman trying to buy something I needed help with and they dismissed me.
