Walk around with my hands up when I enter, last time I was in there even tho I've spent so much money in this place over the yrs i was being followed by the white gay woman she didn't even have the dignity to open the fitting room door for my daughter, appreciate you tho now I know, I'll be the one with my hands up when I come to grab something . Another store, another set of fitting rooms that are closed except for one. During rush hour. I manage a Forever 21 and this is simply unacceptable from a clothing store. If it is to clean less at the end of the day, it’s a real lazy way of going about it. Will not be back, maybe they don’t want customers to try on clothes, even though they have an “all sales are final” policy. Totally insane management here.

Please change the store manager, so rude and dont wanna help the customer and even he is refuse to help the store employees, at the same time he is fighting with store employees infant of the customer which make me so uncomfortable and don’t feel like going to that store anymore. So please change the store manger other wise you will loose at lot of customers and people will give bad reviews.

Hassle free online return..Courteous staff & the store was well lit, neat & well organized. No problems or issues finding anything. Some areas of the store needed dusting mainly the floors
