General Pulaski Park is a pleasant escape from the bustling city, offering scenic views of the sparkling Delaware River where tugboats and ships are often seen. This small, thin park provides a peaceful pier for fishing and sightseeing, with expansive grassy and concrete areas suitable for picnics or folding chairs. It is a unique place to experience the river, though there is not much to do beyond these activities. The park is easy to reach by following Allegheny Avenue east to the river. Visitors should drive with extreme caution due to heavy truck traffic from nearby industrial facilities. A relatively small parking lot fills quickly on nice weekends and holidays; extreme caution is needed inside the lot for children, fishermen, and bicycles. Exiting requires backing out, as there is only one gate. There are two portable toilets near the front gate. Dogs are permitted, most likely on a leash, and owners must clean up after them. There are no concessions and trash receptacles are sparse, so a carry-in, carry-out practice is necessary. While the park is not open all night, it is considered a precious gem where one visit is not enough.
I through some bait out didn't catch anything but it was the middle of the day. Nice and relaxing place.

It's so peaceful. A place to go to take you away from the hustle and bustle and throw your line in the water.

Great, thin, international park. Had a really good idea when I was here. You’ll see someday. Was visited by circular plant matter seeking goose, very persistent chap. Only honked once but he was always there. Wind.
