This is a great Giant to go to. Huge variety of products (so yeah, your typical Giant), lots of people in and out at all operating hours, and def the place to do an alcohol run for pregames before going out. Highly suggest here for variety, but Aldi for spending less (also, Aldi doesn’t sell alc so ??♂️)

A really lovely addition to the area! We live within a 2 minute walk from this Giant and were really excited when this location opened up. The store is extremely clean, well stocked and organized. Parking is available around the back of the store in their underground lot for those that need to drive in. Free 2 hour parking and you’ll need your receipt! Overall, we will absolutely be shopping here frequently given the proximity and fresh produce/meats etc. A go to for all your grocery needs!

Good food. Always stocked. I have one gripe. The self check out people are so darn rude. I've never stolen anything in my life and every time without fail look at me like I stole the whole store I definitely don't appreciate that. On top of that,I had a gift card to Giant and they would not let me use it because it was to close to closing time.. to boot I had no cash on me and nobody cared. I had my son's medicine I needed I explained and a few necessary personal items. I left with nothing. Id never be treated that way again

Great location if you don't drive. Walking distance for a lot of people and there's a stop on the Broad St. Subway Line right out front. Garage entrance is on 15th St. at the back of the store. Free parking. Just scan the QR code near the bottom of your receipt when you exit.Pro tip: If you drive, go to the one at 23rd and Arch instead. Garage entrance is on Cherry St behind the store. Again, scan the QR code near the bottom of your receipt to exit. This location has slightly more product and doesn't run as low on stock later in the day. Definitely not a knock on the Broad St. location. Just a slightly larger store.

Love love this place. So clean and wonderfully managed. Free two hour parking on 15 street with any purchase from Giant. They have a Starbucks inside the store. How convenient! I get my coffee relaxand then shop. This store is huge whatever u need u can find here. From from buying flowers to beer and wine ??? happy shopping. My favorite. I will b doing my shopping here from this point on. By the way The other store Trader Joe's is truly overrated.

They had introductory great staff, but couple of months later, they are gone. Now, hired horrible lazy staff. The beer counter will redirect you to the front because they don't want to do their job. 5 items or less and a beverage, they were whinning, complaining and so unprofessional. Somedays the cashiers there have a limit on how many drinks to buy and others do not care. Just a confused, rude and unacceptably Unprofessional. Good luck, losing loyal customer. Right now, waiting at the counter and no one is available to attend customers. We've been waiting for 10 minutes.

The brown paper shopping bags here NO LONGER HAVE HANDLES making it pointless for people casually shopping on foot! YES i have many reusable bags but don’t always have one with me when i decide to run into the store. SO INFURIATING. NOT EVERYONE SHOPS VIA CAR.

This Giant is well, giant! A massive new addition to Philadelphia’s Fairmont neighborhood. Enter on 15th for free two-hour parking in underground garage. Don’t forget your receipt - you’ll need it to get your free parking. The store is still sparkling clean and well laid out. Plenty of groceries and household essentials to choose from with better prices than more expensive stores like Whole Foods, Wegmans and Fresh Market. The store also has a well-stocked beer and wine section as well as an in-house Starbucks. Bon Appetit!

Who they called the "supervisor" Trish, she always seem like she need a smoke break. She is very nonchalant and needs to workin the background where she doesnt have to work with people. She is very impatient and rude. No supervisor should perform in such a way. Where would that land the employees to treat customers. She always seems to handle things in an unfriendly and unwelcoming manner.then the Ritz crackers that were 2 for 8 bucks were stale. Its just not cool.

These five stars are for JUAN in the deli department! This employee went above and beyond any other employee I ever dealt with at any Giant. He showed me three cuts of cheese to decide what my preference was. He asked about portioning for my macaroni salad. He was polite, sociable, funny, and made my experience easy. 9/10 times when I have to purchase things from the deli, I am waiting quite a while or the employee seems irritated that I am even there, but yesterday's experience changed everything. Juan even said hello when I saw him at a different part of the store 20 minutes later. He was super welcoming and kind and really made me love my local Giant even more. Give him a raise (and I mean more money, not free cold pizza). Cheers to Juan!

Nothing organic, slightly overpriced. No real quality bread/cheese imo. If you look at the wines for over 2 min you'll get a robot snooping on you because the employees are too scared to check on you. Other than that, nice new spacious store, good fruits and veggies section and lots of frozen stuff.

Good layout for a Center City-ish grocery store. Helpful and frie staff, the parking garage is nice but a tad tricky to enter and exit, it's a city grocery. Feels a little cramped inside, again, city grocery store. The layout isn't the most intuitive, but they're maximizing the use of the space that have available. Overall, it's great if you're walking, still pretty okay if you're driving.

Clean and organized with a small Starbucks inside. The produce was fresh, and the girl at the seafood station was so sweet. Good customer services. Quick check out lines. This might become my local store!

Some cashiers adhere to the beer sale limit, some don’t. Get some consistency or shut it all down. Most cashiers rude and not helpful. Produce almost always goes bad within a day or two at home, which tells me the warehouse has problems too. You would think a brand new location like this would have the right standards.
