As a Pro member, go to Vitamin Shoppe down the street. This GNC has Expired Supplements being sold. An Incompetent Manager Justin, so you can only imagine the guy who put him in charge. No organization in the store, incorrect pricing, etc. Only positive is one sales associate Dana is personable and great at his job. Still you’re much better going to vitamin shoppe down the street.

Today I bought this from GNC store and I paid $100. Because I don't see the price on the wall. When I am asking to staff, he say the price $99.99. I pay and want the receipt, he said the receipt will send to my email. Until now I don't get any email from GNC for my receipt. Because when I check the price on the Amazon Dymatize store, the price is different. I paid more expensive

I loved this store when an older man worked there. He was sweet, kind, helpful. He has since retired. Now, the store manager l(Aaron) seems to be the only one there. He is unfriendly (has never greeted me, thanked me or offered help).
My most recent interaction was so unprofessional, I will no longer come to this location. I found what I wanted and went to checkout. The coupon GNC emailed me was confusing & would not work. As I was deciding if I should get the items or just go, He snapped at me, “you’re either going to get them or you’re not!” I should’ve just left, but decided to continue the purchase. Apparently, the credit card machine stopped working and needed to reboot (I’m just guessing as he didn’t say a word to me. A professional manager would’ve explained and apologized). He was standing there muttering (he always wears earbuds so not sure who exactly he’s speaking to), eating and drinking at the register. Completely unprofessional. After several minutes of him eating and muttering, i mentioned that it would’ve been nice of him to apologize. He got very angry, snapping at me, “why should I apologize!?” This man has no business working with the public or being a manager!

The cashier at this store cheated. I bought three Q10s today, one of which was 21.99. He calculated it for me as 39.99. After we raised objections, we went to verify it and changed it back. Fortunately, I checked the price when I picked it up. When customers go to this store to buy something, they must check the price.

The register didn't work. There was an elderly man working it upset me because he didn't realize it wasn't working. CNG should have more workers and better systems that work. The Associate was sweet and professional.

Extremely pushy about getting my phone number and setting up an account. Would not allow me to buy an item without a phone number after buying the same item from the same GNC at least 5 other times in the past 1.5 weeks. Even when I was able to buy an item the customer service was abysmal, 5 minutes at checkout just to buy a drink. Avoid like the plague and go to the Vitamin Shoppe nearby, much better experience.

Aaron the store manager was really knowledgeable and helpful when it came to vitamins and work out whey protein. He was very willing to assist me reading through the ingredients of each bottle and I was overall very happy with my purchase. Someone give this guy a raise!

Not much to say here other than, I called twice because my Uber dropped me off and I was calling trying to find their location because it's not on the street where the Uber driver dropped me off. I end up going inside the mall and asked try security guard where GNC is. He game me the location and when I was getting closed to the store. The guy that worked at the store, he was playing on his phone and drinking Redbull haha! This was more important to him than answering the phone call. Somehow, I'm not convinced that they really don't have what I was looking for. He doesn't seem convincing he know what he's doing lol!

Traveled to Philadelphia on vacation and stopped in. A very helpful employee named Artin sold me some products that helped my mom get over Covid. Feel really blessed to have found this guy's help as he helped stop my mom from suffering.
