Been waiting outside of the store for 30 mins gates up doors locked and lights are off it’s 11:53 on a Friday…. Why is this store always closed. Super inconvenient. Sitting here I’ve watched 4 potential customers walk up to the door just as confused as me

Came around 10:30am and store was locked with a sign saying shift change, be right back. Waited 20 minutes and nothing. Came back around 3:30pm, door is locked but there's someone inside. Finally got his attention and he let me in but said my order wasn't ready. Employee had a terrible attitude and gave cussed at me when I left.
Never got my order, GNC offered a $5 voucher meaning between both my stops and time spent on the phone with corporate GNC values my time at about $5/hr.
Customer services was friendly and apologetic. I had them on speaker the 3rd time I entered the store to ask for the stord number and employees name. The customer service guy sounded mortified when the employee refused to give the correct store number or his name.

I went to get some pre workout and there was a sign on the door that they would be back in 30, I waited in the car…and waited and no one came back, the lights where on but no one is in there. Very unprofessional

I came to this store a half hour before their 6pm closing time, and was turned away. The cashier was rude, did not even respond when I asked if they are closing early. Just shooed me away with hand gestures.
Look y’all, I know you’re not a pharmacy but the least you can do is tell us you gotta close early. Unless you don’t want your managers to know about it.

Every single time I try to go to this store there is a sign on the door that they’ll be right back. This is my last attempt to use this store . It’s way to unreliable to go to and constantly have to go somewhere else

ISHMEL WAS ALL THAT!! HE REALLY DID THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE THING! HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING SOO WELL!! THANKS FOR EVERYTHING. PLUS HE WAS NICE TO LOOK AT !

Came in looking for a product, employee had no idea what she was looking for, while the manager is outside cleaning his car.Called ahead of time for the product, they assured they had it, and told me to come in. Complete waste of my time.

Employee was no help to me when I went in. I asked where I could find a specific brand and he ignored me. Asked for a recommendation and he didn’t provide any feedback. Then when I was ready to checkout, he made me wait about 3 minutes while he played on the iPad. Honestly awful service. Would avoid this location.

Worst GNC since the old man left... Guy with one eye has horrible customer service. Go to liberty place downtown trust me.How does GNC allow people like this to run their business? Close early all the time but store website says open.

Came here to buy a supplement and was offered to sign up for a loyalty/membership program. Instead the cashier signed me up for a routine/subscription of the supplement I was buying. This is very messed up. I didn’t find out about this until getting an email from GNC saying my order is about to be shipped….. I did not consent to subscribing any products…..

I came here to do a return and the employee said he didn’t know how to do a return and to come back tomorrow. Looking at other reviews this has happened before. So is no one at this store able to do returns??Even worse. I came back the next day at 6:30 and the store was closed already. 30 minutes before their posted time. The manager was sitting outside and said they closed due to family emergency. The employee was still inside and they still refused to do the return. So I’ve been here twice and still haven’t been able to return my item.How does GNC allow people like this to run their business?
