I went in here one day looking for a gold necklace for my wife of 10 years for our anniversary. She is very high maintenance so I didn’t want to mess it up and get her something that she would truly care about. So I defiantly didn’t want to screw this one up. I’m so happy that I decided to visit Gold Heart Direct. Ethan was so kind and knowledgeable and set me up with a beautiful custom gold necklace that looked incredible. My wife loved it so much that she started to actually cry and it made her entire year. Thank you so much to everyone working their guys are truly the best!

Gold Heart Direct is one store I frequent at Philadelphia Mills quite often. My wife love their sunglasses/shades and because I am always misplacing every pair I buy we stay shopping there every few months. The prices are always affordable, the staff friendly and helpful and I can always expect some kind of deal. I recommend shopping here not only for sunglasses/shades but also for jewelry as well.

Just picked up a new pair of earrings from Gold Heart Direct after shopping here once before in the past. Every time I visit their store they have a large selection of quality pieces to choose from. What keeps me coming back though are the friendly employees who are eager to help you find exactly what you are looking for. The quality jewelry and customer service is unmatched. I purchased my fiancé’s wedding band here. We custom ordered 3 separate times with zales and each time they’d say they can order his ring which is a size 14 only to have us come back to pick something else out. Our wedding is this August we have little time for errors. Came here they had a nice selection of bands and they worked with us to find the perfect band for him and guaranteed to have it ready by next week. I’m so glad we came here that’s one less thing for us to worry about. Excellent customer service from everyone in the store.
