I have donated here many many times thinking that I was helping others. It saddens me to hear that you no longer have changing rooms. Although I understand the issue with vandalism, other accommodations should be made for customers. Returns within 3 days of.purchase seems harsh. I for one find it difficultt o return to a store so quickly. There should be 30 day returns especially since the items cannot be tried on before purchase. Tags and receipt requirement is fair.

I pop into this Goodwill a couple of times a week and I often find a bargain or two. I like the diversity of the items as “ you never know what you might find” The prices can be on the high side at times but the pleasant and friendly staff especially Jeremiah are always there to put a smile on your face which is part of the reason why I keep going back.

This used to be a great place for a bargain but no longer. The prices on used, donated clothes are very similar to new ones at Ross or T.j. Max. And there is no longer a dressing room and returns are problematic. I won’t be back until dressing rooms reopen and I will be taking my donations elsewhere

Came in here to get some item but walked out the door without anything bc we can’t try it on and no returns. I was told: know ur size!We all know that every vendor (brand) has their own size, one can be smaller or a bit longer than other. I just put it back and told them that thank you and have a nice day. The lady just didn’t say anything back.

I had a bad experience. I bought an item I didn't even get a chance to look at it since u put everything on the counter n it rings you up. That's something new to me. I realized this was a new item but it was tearing from the bottom. They had a whole shelf of item n they didn't let me switch it out. I didn't leave the store at all n couldn't exchange or get my refund on item that I won't use now. I don't understand why so I waisted my money for nothing not fair at all

It's not like it used to be where it was where great deals at an affordable price .you can still get great deals at a reasonable price but not as good as it used to be

There’s an older lady here with a hearing aid named MaryAnn who is incredibly rude I’m not sure if she’s racist or something. This is the second time I’ve been to this goodwill and I’m never going back.

About a month ago they jacked up the prices on everything, but this time it's ridiculous. Literal trash is being put on the shelves, anything half decent is priced near retail. I used to come out with a cart full of stuff, but lately I've walked out empty handed and disappointed. Won't be back for a long while. As for the response...it's clear the majority of your budget will be spent hauling this garbage to the bins. Every Monday they bring in lackeys to rummage the store and remove the old garbage while it's replaced with similar but more expensive garbage. The entire staff is complaining about this new manager. Hopefully the store will outlast him but I have my doubts.

This used to be my favorite goodwill store, but the prices have increased so much over the past week or two that I genuinely can’t afford it. What a shame to go from affordable used clothing to near-retail pricing. Many shoes are $10 or more, same with jeans. Tops Are $5, and a year ago they would’ve been $2.99 or less. Goodwill is getting greedy!

They need organization. Make an area for L/R stuff, hang pics on wall so we can see them, too many clothes, put some out and save in back for next week, it'll save some space for things people need and want.
