Let me just take the chance to share that Graingers is the best hardware store ever. You can get anything there. It's a game changer for any DIY or home improvement pro. I'm designing a custom dining table using 100 year old machine table legs that I recently got powder coated. They have such a vast selection, the customization for peculiar parts/equipment/hardware is nearly infinite.

They literally have everything!! I leave with things I didn't even know I needed! Great customer service people! They remembered my name after the 1st pickup. I walk in and they are already pulling my order and are all saying hello.

Extremely slow. One guy for 5 customers. Other customers ready with their items for purchase and the one employee is moping around waiting on the first customer to make up their mind on the catalog for 10 mins. There's also not a checkout line. Plus side- it's clean/organized.
