Greyhound is now owned by Flixbus. Both Greyhound and Flixbus buses stop here. Find this stop on the south side of Spring Garden. It's across the street from the Megabus stop. It's a short walk to the SEPTA Market-Frankford Line ("Metro"). As of January 2024, it's outdoors - no shelter. No bathrooms. This "bus stop" is hot garbage, one of the worst bus stops I've been to. Dirty, with trash strewn all over. Near a highway overpass. Did I mention it's outdoors? Apparently this is a temporary station for the start of 2024. I hope they change their station "amenities", and soon. If you're lucky/privileged enough to take alternative transportation to where you need to go, DO SO. If you're into lap dances, DO visit Delilah's before/after your bus ride.

Would put 0 stars if I could. No where inside to wait, no bathrooms, no amenities, and the staff have no idea what is going on. Waiting outside and in the rain for a bus that is "on its way" is horrible. It's not even at this location anymore yet I've heard from many people that greyhound hasn't conveyed that at all and people still show up to both old stations

Terrible service. Bus was late 1 hour and reception had no idea of an estimated time we can board the bus. In addition, they said they had no driver. Berber again. I've taken FlixBus, peterpan and megabus. No lateness on departure ever. Take any other bus line before this. My sister waited 3hours before for greyhound. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

The change from 10th and Filbert BUILDING to the street at 6th and Market is stupid!!! The little tiny station is always closed, and the patrons are sitting out in the elements waiting for busses to come to the parking lane. There are a bunch of cars double parked for Ubers, Cabs, and pickups. So now it's a safety hazard!! There's no regard for people who could be assaulted or robbed. None for the elderly or handicapped. Total disregard for anyone that may bave a layover here. What if you have to use the restroom? Philadelphia should be ashamed of themselves. This mayor can't get out of here quick enough, making numbskull contract decisions like this.

Bad experience the bus never showed up we had to end up getting a Lyft to Atlantic city for 4 people it was much more cheaper than greyhound round trip. Coming back my grand DAUGHTER came to pick us up we gave her the $100.00 dollars. That was the price going.

Bathrooms are out! Have been for months!! Doesn't seem like they want to them!!! Where is porta potties but they're dirty disgusting and they do not clean them at least they didn't in all the hours that I waited are both times I was there in the last couple weeks!!!!Restaurant in the back of the bus station has pretty decent food for what they do have. The employees are nice.

Awful. The workers are incredibly rude and unhelpful. Perfectly encapsulates the city of Philadelphia. Straight trash. The workers directed me to the Peter Pan bus line while I was taking a Greyhound bus. Got there a half hour before departure and missed my bus because of the incompetence of its workers. Avoid if possible

I would give negative stars if I could. To start the station SICKS because there is no station. Also, i would like to note that throughout our ordeal the bus driver was stellar. On to the story, My mom and I plus a bus full of passengers were left sitting on the side of the road for 5 plus hours when our bus broke down, and greyhound would not offer anything for the inconvenience. I don't mind a little hold up maybe up to a hour or two. However, that does not mean I want to sit in the middle of nowhere with no rest room( aside from the one on the bus that was FILTHY) no food near by (could not even get a delivery like ubereats etc because we were... like I said in the middle of nowhere! I contacted customer service (FYI they don't have anyone who takes phone calls for complaints or issues with refunds just an email.) I was told that I am INELIGIBLE for a refund because we left the original station and got on the bus. But like I said we sat in the middle of nowhere for FIVE PLUS HOURS with no basics! Not to metion when our bus broke down THREE TIMES it was in the middle of the road so our lives were also in danger because we could've been rear-ended several times! Atp take at your own risk at least leaving or going to Philadelphia.

While the old bus station on Filbert Street wasn’t amazing, the new location on Market Street is an absolute nightmare. No indoor location or shelter to sit and wait. Passengers are stuck waiting on a busy street, being approached by sketchy individuals while they anxiously wait for their buses. The employees are located in a storefront, away from the bad weather, while the paying passengers are left outside standing, rain or snow. To be clear, this is NOT against any of the staff (they were very helpful), but the company itself. This new setup gives the impression that Greyhound no longer cares about the customer experience.I used to like using Greyhound at the last location. It was my go-to means of transportation for Philly. I can’t see myself coming back to this new one unless it’s a last-resort scenario.Hopefully, things improve.

Went to Atlantic City to spend the day with my friend/sister to celebrate her Birthday at the Tropicana Hotel. Had a wonderful time. We had dinner at McCormick's, food was on point. Everyone enjoyed their meal

Take a look at the baby’s section. It’s anti sanitary.Btw, the ticket from this station to New York, for example, might cost you $50, that’s what you’re paying for to be treated like a pig with anti-sanitary bus station and late/ expensive bus.It a Greyhound Station in a center of Philadelphia.1001 Filbert Street

This is one of the worst Greyhound bus terminals. When I arrived for my 7pm bus, people were still waiting for their 6pm bus to arrive. They never have enough workers only 3. The supervisor was doing 3 jobs. She was on the phone to get updates from NY to see when buses will arrive in PA (Center City). The 6pm bus arrived near 7pm. The 7pm bus may arrive at 8pm or may not. What kind of answer is that. The supervisor informed everyone waiting for 7pm bus to call customer service to get their tickets changed to a different departure location (5 blocks away) which I did. As soon as the customer service rep asked me what time it was, I knew he was not based in USA. He informed me that he did not receive notification that the buses may not arrive. He did not change my ticket and asked to speak to the supervisor. She spoke to him then hung up on him. She was able to change my ticket. This is the only reason I gave 3 stars. Hats off to the supervisor ?. Greyhound needs to hire more people and security at this location.

I can't say it was like a limo ride, we all know that though, this is mass transit, but I'll tell you what, it's roughly the price of gas, the seats are pretty comfortable with regular stops to stretch and have a smoke or hit a vape, but you have to remember, you save so much wear and tear on vehicles so there's less maintenance. We're talking thousands in the long run. Let the greyhound take you to Florida, don't burn up your car driving. (and it's often cheaper than flying)
