I really don't recommend booking with Hertz. Nothing against this location specifically, the employees here have been nice.I rented a specific class (G) and they didn't have it so I received a Q4 class instead. I wasn't upset, just asked for the difference in costs to be refunded and they told me they'd take care of it.When receiving my receipt online, I saw that I was charged for the original more expensive class I had chosen and called Hertz support line to inquire about the difference. The rep basically told me that their system prices classes differently so I'd actually get charged more if she adjusted it. I asked for clarification since the website clearly shows the class I received was $10/day cheaper. She just hung up on me.At the end of the day the difference is so small it's not even worth pursuing and after some research I found out this is common enough there's comedy skits on this ? Lesson learned lol.

I rented a car on the 22nd of February for 3 days. First let me say I waited over 30 minutes to get the care. It was two workers but one was just talking to the car attendant and the other one was actually helping a customer. 2nd almost 2 weeks later I get a charge for toll when I never went across a toll. Like what. So I called to see what's happen. Get the date and time of when I supposedly went through this town. The first woman said either New York or New Jersey. Meanwhile I stayed in my location the whole time cuz I just rented the car to get back and forth to work. He tells me all my information will be on the receipt and guess what it's not. So I informed of that and she hangs up on me. Ha. Called a second time. Got a good worker he tells me it's in New York tells me the date tells me the time. And I was at work and the car was literally charging at the station at my job at that time. So HTF did I get charged. Guess what I found out. These people don't check to make sure that the proper plate pass is with the proper car, but I was informed that it does look weird because the time doesn't make sense. Don't rent from here. Now I had to call my credit card to put a fraud case out, now I got to wait for a new credit card, and now I got to wait one or two business days for her to complete their investigation where they messed up. Not worth it at all.

booked a tesla for three days and arrived at 9am to pick up. despite the reviews the service was actually fine. car was ready with 96% charge but it was beat up inside and out with a est. 155mi range and a 80000 mile odometer. handled the roadtrip just fine thanks to superchargers

3 weeks, more than 10 phone calls, and $1400 of false charges. Marked my car as never returned and ignored the constant requests (10 calls over two weeks) that Hertz’s customer service made to close out my trip. Ended up having to file a CPFB complaint. Still unclear if this was complete and utter incompetence, malicious fraud, or some combination.

My husband and I rented a car here at this location and it was one of the worst experiences I ever had,this white woman who said she was a manger was belittling one of her employees and younger female the young lady that was taking care of us was really nice she was doing a great job and I hope she finds a better job so she doesn’t have to deal with that white witch.

If the employees are going to lock up everything before 5PM closing time then there shouldn’t be an option to book a pick up at 5PM. I booked a car for my business trip and it’s the first time booking through Thrifty/Hertz. I will stick with Avis from now on. I didn’t get a call or anything asking if I could come pick up my car earlier and they acted as if there was nothing they could do to accommodate me and I was on my own for canceling and figuring it out. This was the worst experience I’ve had with a rental company location.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I have had multiple issues with this car rental location and finally learned my lesson to never use them again. I had a reservation booked for months and when I got to the location there was a sign on the desk that said we have no cars. The people at the desk were not helpful in trying to move my reservation to another location or give me a refund. Another time I came a few days before Christmas and the same thing happened after waiting in line for an hour and a half.

Hertz is a big scam. I have been charged for a Tesla only to find out that there is no Tesla available. I have been offered a mid-size car and was told it is the same price, only to realize later that mid-size car is %20 cheaper. My efforts to reach customer care was futile as well.

This is my 2nd time renting from them.the first time they took 2 weeks to send me a receipt and release my deposit. This time they Gave me a car with half a tank of gas then I have to return with a full tank or I else will be charged a fee. After 24hrs I still have not been sent my receipt even after dropping the car off early ( parking the car in the lot and dropping the key in the drop box after hours) . And now I’m being charged an extra fee with no explanation and can not get in contact with anyone over the phone.

Rented for thanksgiving weekend, and was stuck with an electric vehicle because that’s all the location had left. My typically 4 hour journey took 12 hours. I didn’t realize I had booked a managers special. Also, nowhere on my booking does it say that the vehicle could be an electric one. I was given no information at the desk about charging, and the vehicle was given to me with 34 miles left of battery. Between having to alter my route to include charging stations and time spent charging, the trip was a nightmare. I normally like this location but feel like I was duped and would not rent from this hertz again.
