Poor customer service. They have no patience to hear out the customers and just keep saying that we need to contact Hertz directly as they cannot help. We had reserved Tesla model Y (which was a guarantee model per their website) and when we arrived they said they don’t have any more left. When we asked about the company policy they refused to entertain any discussions and we ended up settling for a standard suv. We were tired after our flight and the way the customer survive behaved I wouldn’t recommend this location of hertz in particular. They have an ‘we don’t care it’s your problem’ attitude and I hope the company does something about their license to operate.

recently was in a rental situation with hertz due to a total loss car accident. was in the car for a few months and had been renewing contract on a continually daily basis and was told by the hertz agents that my rental was valid. the car was repossessed in the middle of the night without asking for my keys or give me a chance to retain personal belongings. car was taken into a third party tow yard for a whole weekend before being returned to hertz distribution center on bartram ave. in philadelphia albeit missing personal items. this included a couple dollars in change as well as the nerf gun that was sentimental value in addition to a missing laptop with the macbook pro valued at thousands of dollars. must lament the issue here with a lapse in time between repossession and drop off at a hertz facility that no proper care was taken in establishing sanctity of my personal items. i'm a young film producer and the contents and value of software on my laptop is much more valuable even than laptop itself which is worth more than cost of the entire rental policy. that being said, there will not be any payment made on the account by my own consent until an effort is made to properly return my personal belongings and to hold whoever is responsible for this during the repo session of the car and whoever thinks it's right to remove any of the non perishable items from the car in addition to charging for those extra days in the tow yard and then to charge a cleaning fee without giving chance to even clean the car by my own standard?? this is absolutely ridiculous and want to see an effort made to find my laptop and money and nerf gun with the utmost haste and to find who cleaned out the car to ask where the missing items may have been placed. needless to say this is an abomination of my personal space and with zero respect for my being itself so please hold whoever would be responsible for loss of personal belongings accountable before this mistake prevents the payment for the initial rental being complete and every possible charge being disputed. recent graduate of international business this is no way to participate in commerce. and please know the risk of using a third party repo service in taking cars that were paid up in policy within a week of the date. my rental was paid until 7/26 and was still coming out the bank account automatically before being repossessed on the date 7/28. if there is no recourse for this please do not expect any further payments to be made on the account and for every charge disputed to fullest extent of any legal protections for the renter in this situation and be free to send all possible legal avenues and pay more for the civil suit than would be returned by having upheld the original agreements without any repossession and the loss of personal items. perhaps anybody else who ever rented a car would be sympathetic to citizens placed in a position of being taken advantage of by such predatory lending practices in utter disgust. find my personal items or it will be multiple parties looking for legal recourse financially. this can also be held in consideration for the future ensure to never rent from hertz again and to spread a word to warn other renters. please find my personal items and be free to give a call back anytime !!

Worst place ever! Harry the supervisor of this Hertz sight is one of the most miserable, unprofessional, and down right disrespectful creatures that I have ever met. The supervisor Dave of the MLS there is not far behind. They flip their employees every other week and slave down with whip in hand.

I'll tell you I'm a little bit disappointed with their service you know you were Goldmember you expect a little bit more of a service inspection clean cars I have definitely Rent-A-Car this from almost everybody this was kind of one of the worst cuz I really didn't expect it from them because they're the highest price Rent-A-Car places that you can ever find not sure about if I would go back there with recommend this place

The cheesesteaks are great here, and the cheese fries are awesome too! I've tried a number of cheesesteak places in Philly and this one is definitely towards the top. We went on a Saturday afternoon and the line wasn't too bad. It probably took a total of 30 mins with standing in line and waiting for food...which isn't terrible at all for a good cheesesteak! The cheese fries had tons of cheese, and it soaks all the way to the fries on the bottom. So good!There's not a ton of tables, so be prepared to stand and eat or take it to-go.
