Really big rooms but a bit dated. The entrance is a bit gloomy.

Rooms were nice and seem to have been recently updated. Restaurant service was slow, but it appeared they were understaffed, so OK. The folks did work hard, though, and the salmon was excellent. Front counter staff were more interested in talking to coworkers than guests. In room coffee cups/lids did not fit well.Overall, it's not too bad. We would certainly stay again.Parking for electric vehicles was available at 2nd level of garage.Must go out and cross atreet to get to Flower Show ?.

Phenomenal location by the convention center, reading market and Chinatown. Rooms are clean and accommodating. The website says that it has parking but it does not. Adjunct parking is $40 a night. Do yourself a favor and park in the much cheaper Chinatown parking

Got my parking validated for reading terminal, pull up and get told I owe full price because I went a little over two hours. It was 2:03. Not even kidding. Gimme a break.

Parking is not free. The Hilton Honors app's room reservation is NOT honored, and another room is assigned at the registry desk. Breakfast is expensive with very poor choice. Nevertheless, the staff is friendly, rooms are clean, and the location is great!

My family and I stayed there recently and upon pulling out the pull out couch I was going to sleep on - there was literal dirt and hair visibly on the mattress. We called the desk and asked them to please bring a change of sheets. They brought a top sheet but not a new fitted sheet/liner.The woman WIPED the debris onto the floor and layed the new sheet ontop of the dirty mattress liner. I asked if they could replace the liner and they said they don't have any clean liners. To say I am disappointed and disgusted is an understatement.

Good location right next to Reading Terminal Market and the convention center. Parking is terrible. Garage is for the convention center and is very expensive if you are planning on coming and going. The room was very clean and spacious but the bed was extremely firm. Garden Grill restaurant was good and convenient in the evening when the market was closed.

Service is ok. I paid around $180 for one night. I The room was clean but they put me on the last room close to emergency exit. I did not sleep the whole night because people did not stop opening and closing that door with really big noise. They shouldn’t put anybody in that room since people were slamming the emergency exit door whole night and morning.

I spent weeks trying to pick the right hotel for our weekend in Philly and I'm SO GLAD that I picked the Hilton Garden Inn. I'd recommend it to anyone. We flew in, took the train (Only $6.75pp) and it drops you off right in front of the hotel. The hotel is attached to Reading Terminal market, it's a quick walk to the mall and Market Ave. Another quick bus ride down Market and you easily reach all of the historical sites (Independence Hall, the Bell, Ben and Betsy's home). The room was spacious, with a modern design. Would also recommend having breakfast at Reading market where you'll have a plethora of choices. We checked in online but whenever we stopped by the front desk, they were nice.

Great downtown property with walkability anywhere in Center City. Good restaurant on site. Weak water pressure (a pet peeve).
