Everything’s locked up so you need help to get anything. When you ask for help it takes DAYS (timed it I waited here once for 35 minutes for someone to unlock a cabinet for me) when they do show up they act like you’ve ruined their day. I’m going to Lowe’s from now on they actually ask you if you need help! Might even sell my Milwaukee stuff just so I can buy accessories from Lowe’s.

The worst customer service. You ask for help finding an item and they only give you ambiguous directions, and they can help you find what you need. It was exasperating to go to this store and have to ask 3 times where to find an item and getting different addresses all 3 times. They told me I'd better order it online, they reached that level of incompetence.

Gwyneth W in appliance was extremely helpful. I was provided with a detailed explanation of the appliances (Samsung Dryer) purchased, what to expect during delivery, and the contact info. should I have had any further questions for customer service. I appreciate the time that was taken to make sure I felt confident and content with my purchase. I will be back to order additional appliances for our future home but only if Sales Person GCW375 is there to assist me with recommendations. Thank you for everything Gwyneth!

This was my go-to big box hardware store until today. Their new self-checkout flashes bright lights in your face the entire time you’re checking out because “don’t you ever forget you’re being watched because we don’t want you to steal”. It’s also not self-checkout, you have to wait for someone to come scan your things — again, “because theft”.This whole process was such a pain, I really hope Lowe’s doesn’t pull this nonsense so I can switch to them.

Paid for a door measurement service that was sold to me as a quick turnaround with someone contacting me in 72hrs maximum, and I had to call 3 separate times and email Home Depot to let them know I hadn’t been contacted. The soonest appointment they had was nearly a month from the date I paid for the service. Altogether I spent 2 - 3 hours dealing with this and ultimately cancelled my appointment. Get it together!!! And don’t offer services you can’t provide!
