Horrible service. Major renovation for kitchen took over a year and extensive follow up to get them to finish. Cost a fortune in delays and corrective action for damage and construction delays. Original designer was polite and helpful. After the job was turned over to the area subcontractor RF installations everything went sideways. Corrupt and incompetent all around. Do not recommend.

They take your money and then you have to bother yourself calling to see when they are coming to do the job. After they took my money and no one bother to showed up after a month, I had to call corporate to get my money back. Incompetent and rude. That's my experience.

Here in the RACIST city of, "brotherly love" I'm loading plywood in the back of a rented Home Depot truck and ask the guy sitting next to my cart for a hand. He never even looked up and said, "I'm on break" Not even offering to page someone. He completely ignored me, I replied REALLY? Just then another shopper said I'll give you a hand. While in the sink area three black workers talking for at least 8 to 10 minutes while we looked for a advertised sink. Being completely ignored after asking for help I decided to get the big moveable ladder and get it down myself. That finally got their attention. One of them yelled for me to get down. I replied, I wouldn't be up here if you were doing your job. This is just one incidence of several while shopping. If you're a white person looking for something, you'll be ignored and they'll walk by you offering assistance to another black person. I could go on and on over our three visits to this Home Depot. It's close to where we're doing the job, otherwise we go somewhere else. No doubt one of the rudest, incompetent bunch of idiots I've had the unfortunate pleasure of doing business with. If you're white or Hispanic they will ignore and be rude to you. We noticed several times associates would walk past us and ask another black person if they need any help. Home Depot on Oregan Ave. in Philly.

Long wait line to check out. The pro-department also was backed up with only 1 cashier open. The normal check-out also have 2 cashier open. The Home Depot associate are also not friendly.

I ordered a specific thickness of plywood for scheduled delivery, what I received is not what I PAID FOR. There is a $10 per price price difference. They also charged me shipping for an order they never sent. I have been calling over a week to the 800 number and the store being on hold for 20 to 40 min just for someone to hang up or I get tired of no one answering.

I was shopping for cabinets to replace in my kitchen and came to Home Depot on Oregon Ave. Rob was the salesperson helping me. The day before I started this process and Rob told me his shift was about to end and he would schedule me for an appointment for the following day. While I was there Rob showed me the cabinets that I needed, the correct color and size, but they didn't have the size 12 cabinet that I needed. I agreed to comeback the next day to finish the sale. First Rob told me they didn't have what I wanted when I got there and that if I ordered the cabinets it would take 8-12 weeks to be delivered. Then I asked Rob if he could check if another store had the size I needed. He said yes but that it would be easier if I went to the store and purchased and had it delivered. I had my contractor on the phone with me and he told me that's not true, that he had experienced where another store delivered products before. Rob told me he would ask someone, later I found that the other employee he asked was Dave. Dave said that I could get the cabinets from the South Philly store, where the cabinets were in stock, but that transaction had to be done at the service counter. Then Rob told me that the cabinets (size 30) was only available in the grey. My contractor who was still on the phone said that we had saw the cabinets(size 30) in the color I needed the previous night. So I asked if I could go over to the racks where the cabinets were stored and I found the cabinets that he told me wasn't there. We went from him telling me that the cabinets I wanted were no longer manufactured, they no longer make them, to not being able to have the size I needed from their South philly store...the story just changed so many times. I told Rob I didn't want him to assist me any longer. I couldn't figure out why he would tell me they didn't have what I needed when the item that I needed was right in front of our faces and the other cabinets were in stock and I could get them delivered from there. Rob then turned me over to Dave. I asked Dave why would his coworker Rob tell me all of these lies and that the cabinets were not in stock? It felt as if he didn't want me to get the things I wanted. I felt that there was a racial component here because he just kept taking me through they had it and then they didn't to it was no longer manufactured and Dave told me he didn't think it was racial and wouldn't order them. I told Dave I didn't ask him what he thought, I was saying how I felt. He told me he was not going to service me. I've never been so insulted where someone who is supposed to provide me a service, a service I'm paying for, that they wouldn't do it. I went and spoke to a black woman who was the store manager and got everything I needed in under 15 minutes. My appointment was at 12 and I left out of the store after1pm. The black lady told me Rob needed to re-trained. Well in addition they need to know Dave needs work on being non-racist. I will never go to this store EVER again.

I bought a Samsung stove in the store. I had issues with it from the beginning. Home Depot said they can't help because it not bought in the store. We had picked it and paid for it in the store but since it was delivered directly from the manufacturer, they said they are not responsible. They offered no help or accountability. Didn't even give me a number to call. Totally brushed off. Home Depot needs to stand by all their products or not sell them. If I had known this, I wouldn't bought it directly from the manufacturer. Worst experience ever.

They have terrible, long lines like I’ve never seen anywhere else. They have a lot of people walking around the store doing nothing but nobody working the registers. You will be at least one hour in line here. Find a Lowe’s!

Home Depot has treated me in the worst way. I purchased a washer and dryer set 3 WEEKS AGO, with the promise that it would be delivered 2 WEEKS from then on Monday. Sunday night no call to tell me a delivery window. I call that night and am told it is rescheduled to the following Thurday with no explanation why. I call the Home Depot in Sicklerville, New Jersey. where I purchased the item, ask to speak to a manager. I am connected to someone who says " I have a manager's phon
