Would give negative stars if I could can't believe home Depot did us so dirty. Installed our brand new dishwasher incorrectly, they drilled and attached the brackets of the dishwasher to the counter and now brackets bending and breaking counter and dishwasher... Never deal with Sandy or Juan they call themselves customer experience managers lol let me tell you an experience we had lol but berndette one of the assistant managers was awesome and Jose from corporate but others just need to go. We been dealing with it since last week and they brought out the same crew today so now I gotta wait more days because of the incumbents of this store and company due to them working with 3rd party lol!!!!! PEOPLE do not by appliances from home Depot they use third party ,this can be you choose a better company that doesn't use third party... You need to be trained and have the same process of you are gonna use third party. Amazon DSP and staffing agency employees that work for Amazon still follow Amazon policy and Amazon doesn't shift blame when you guys messed up!!!! Fix it have some integrity, loyalty, but of course you stole our money and don't care.

Home Depot on Bustleton always is a fantastic experience! This location stands out for its vast selection of products, from DIY tools to garden supplies, and everything in between. What really made my visit memorable was the incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff. They went out of their way to guide me through my project needs, offering tips and advice that saved me time and hassle. The store was well-organized, making it easy to find what I was looking for. Plus, the checkout process was a breeze. Whether you're a professional contractor or a weekend warrior, the Home Depot on Bustleton has got you covered. Highly recommend for all your home improvement needs!

I went to check out at 7:40am and there was 12 people waiting to check out. There was only one cashier working and no self checkout lanes open. 2 people were working on the pro services section and they would not help me check out or anybody else. The guy would rather sweep the floor then help a customer.

Worst Home Depot ever!!!I made a prety large order and this store screwed my delivery twice already and l spend a lot of money on it. First delivery come late and have a three different color of boards (l order boards for deck) and some of it was missing. I come to the store and we made a return, it took forever to take them too. For the boards that was missing, apparently they were in the back and l was charge the stoking fee even though it was their mistake that they do not deliver them. I close my eyes on it and return everything (not all money was return) and made a new more expensive order. As first one it was not delivered on time (more than two weeks past) so l came back to the store and ask what's going on, apparently the store have them but yet again don't deliver. So l schedule a new delivery for today and again same problem boards is different color. I am sick and tired of this to be honest. Like how can I be done twice, shouldn't it be checked twice carefully since the first order was screwed. Here is the photo from both of the deliveries.

Al Brooks was the best. He was so helpful with our order even though the store was closing and did not rush us. I can tell customer service for him goes beyond the paycheck. He deserves a raise!

Home Depot in Bustleton.Joe at the paint service counter is AMAZING. He was very helpful and made our day infinitely better. The colors we purchased didn't match, Joe helped us out and saved the day. Joe's our hero. WE LOVE JOE!!!!

This review is left for the employee in the paint department and for the manager on site today January 3rd at 2pm. After receiving disgusting service from a man whose name I will not mention, because he needs to make a living too, I went to speak to management who showed no concerns on how his team behaved I will never come back to this Home Depot that I've supported for the last 11 years. Since all the paints are locked up and only employees have keys and access I asked the gentleman to help. Without any recognition he proceeds towards the paint unlocks it and walks away. I ask him to direct me to the black spray I was looking for since there is so many. He laughed at me in ridicule. I then told him he has horrible customer service and he sarcastically replied "thank you".This type of behavior should not be tolerated. Inexcusable!

The gentleman working at this Home Depot (Beasley) was exceptionally friendly and went out of his way to walk with me so I could find the things I needed. He had a vibrant/radiant personality and his demeanor really added to making my morning great!

This is the laziest Home Depot in the area. Majority of the Home Depot staff in this store put in the bare minimum. There are a hand full of good employees but they are truly out numbered. Often times the paint counter is left unattended and trying to get someone to help takes too long. The store set up is even wrong… what Home Depot is two floors?? This one does and it sucks. The selection of products is going down and many items are under locks. The final straw for me on this store when I tripped in the parking lock and the girl at front desk didn’t know her job was customer service. Call a manger to fill an incident report. This holds everything above true…. Laziness rules this store and it’s going down hill. We deserve better. There are plenty more Home Depot’s and Lowe’s around. I’ll be skipping this location. And for those of you with a legal background, I encourage you to have a slip and fall in the parking lot… because it’s the only way businesses will change. By the way my knee still hurts.

Their garden center gate is always closed. What’s the point of having plants and seasonal stuff outside if the gate is always closed. And the common registers are located all the way back on the other side. When I tried calling and figuring out what was wrong I just heard that ‘ they are shored staffed and have no one to fill in that position. The entire month you are short staffed? I guess I had to file a complaint with headquarters to figure out what’s wrong with that location.
