Oh they are old rude miserable group of coworkers that hate they jobs they disrespectful I will be putting a complaint in to ceo of this location my wife already Contacted someone and sent the recording of how rude these worker were to everyone let's see if what the head person think of the ghetto unprofessional behavior disrespecting multiple clients terrible experience felt violated!!!!

I have used H&R Block for at least three years and Darlene Vaughan provided the best experience thus far. She provided a beautiful balance between being efficient and thorough as well as professional and compassionate.
