The text preparer was completely professional and accurate as far as the services are concerned. However, I am not happy with the results. As far as the loan for the Emerald advance is concerned. I believe since they've changed banks that they deny more people rather than giving them alone. I've been filing with them for over 25 years and this year I got denied. Which I'm unpleased with. But overall the tax preparer was accurate.
