Pro-tip: always start at the registers, get an ice cream to stave off any pre-shopping hangries and whisk by the clearance section first.

Great place for if you want to get an idea for the look of how you want your room to be, but home depot and American Furniture Warehouse for the purchasing.

Ralph is a gem! My wife and I own a business at the Wilmington Riverfront. We came in looking for furniture as we recently renovated. Ralph went above and beyond to help us. Keep this one around IKEA!

Great location, very organized, clean and huge store. You get lost in the shopping experience. Weak wallets beware.

They have some improvement to do.1)I ordered a bookshelf delivery and it said it would be delivered 2 weeks ago. I understand being busy but don't give me a date and not even come close to delivering.2) After the pandemic they would not serve me meatballs because I didn't have my drivers license. Imagine a world where you need a credential for food.

In person, the Returns waiting line was slow. I tried to call before arriving in person to ask about needing the specific credit card used to make the purchase for refunds, but was on hold for 20 minutes over the ohone so I ended up getting to the store before anyone could help me over the phone. The length of the process made me just take the refund via a gift card instead of doing another trip (was returning something my fiancé bought via Apple Pay). The lady working was friendly but the policy wasn't the greatest and it looked the they were understaffed

Terrible customer service. Computer system on self checkout allowed me to manually enter a table that had to be picked by warehouse people. I completed the purchase and the warehouse guy said I had to go to customer service because it was entered wrong and he didn't have the order number. I try to que up at customer service and rude lady named Emily tells me I have to scan a QR code just to wait in line. I jump through the hoops on my phone, and a second later she calls my name. I was one of 3 people there. She then yells at me and says 'you did it wrong and I have to return the item and give you a gift card, then you have to repurchase it at the checkout area.' I said 'how was I to know any of this?" The system allowed me to do it wrong. She then scolded me and said I have to see person up there, pointing to checkout. I said 'arent you a person?' and got nothing. After waiting in line again at checkout an actual helpful employee got my purchase re entered and another 10 min wait till my table was picked for me. Never shopping at the Philthadelphia IKEA again. Baltimore is way cleaner with employees that don't suck.
