I have had several keys cut here. And help with a locking mechanism that had a pin out of whack. The service has always been helpful and the small projects over the years have turned out perfect.

Look folks...ive lived in Philadelphia most of my life. Im no stranger to the "Philly way" of customer service (a little gruff but ultimately helpful in a unique way) But this place takes rudeness to a whole new level. *Before coming in, I called ahead to ask if they make keys and take credit cards. * After walking up to where to workers were standing as I looked for the door, "Buddy! Wrong entrance. That door!" Dirty looks. Ok cool. No problem. I walk in at the other entrance and wait. Ring the bell. Wait. I can hear someone shuffling around. Wait. Finally, a man walks by and gives me a dirty look without acknowledging that im there. I say "hello?..."After walking back into the room where im standing he says "what do you want?" Dammmmnnn Daniel. Back at it again with the rudeness. "I need to get keys made. I called in a few minutes ago. You do make keys?" No response. At this moment a woman walks in who I must have spoken to on the phone. He turns to her, gives her a dirty look and tells her to take care of it. At this point I ask "is this a problem? Is it an imposition to make the keys?" She nods her head yes and laughs. Guess I missed the joke. After I ask for the number of keys I want. She makes them. She gets her boss and he explains that there is a 25$ minimum for card purchases? "No one told me that." "Well thats what it is." The man from before said. "No one told me that when I called in, when I judt asked for the price and gave her my card. And their isnt sign either." "Fine." What an enjoyable trip to buy keys. Morale of this tale...screw those guys.
