They are amazing! We didn't have an appointment because we got two flat tires from the highway before exit 30. They were willing to put on the spare tire for us, but went the extra mile to call their warehouse and pick up the tires for us. They changed our tires on the spot and was done within 45 minutes. They also spotted an alignment issue that was not brought to my attention before with my dealership. They really took care of us and their efforts allowed us to continue our day trip without a huge delay. So professional and friendly, could not have asked for a better outcome to a bad situation. Thank you so much Intercity Concepts! Also prices were very reasonable!

Hands down this is the place to go when your standards are above average. Fast, reliable and affordable service. I took a set of wheel for one of my cars because I heard they did excellent work and I got just that. I told them what I was looking for and ended up with an even better concept and outcome. They are truly the best in the business!!! I came to them asking advice for a certain idea I had regarding adding color to my rims. Everyone that worked there were honest about what would look good so I trusted them. When I got my jeep back, I couldn’t believe it!! The attention to detail was AMAZING!! This is the third time I purchased tires from TireRack and had them shipped to Intercity Concepts LLC for installation. They installed them (4) tires in about a little over an hour and the whole process was excellent. They also sell/install custom wheels and sound systems etc... This is the only place I'll ever go for tires/ repairs.
