A perfect move --- this company was such a pleasure to deal with. They estimate you belonging beforehand with an on-line video survey and provide price quotes beforehand.Jovana will walk you thru what to expect on move day and is extremely responsive and helpful. Packing was careful and efficient, movers were helpful and responsible, everything arrived intact and nothing was broken (they did the whole pack job).The whole experience was confidence inspiring at a time which could have been very stressful. Five stars!

The BEST movers I have ever used. The guys were hardworking, courteous, and very careful with my items. There was zero damage!I will definitely use Isaac's Moving & Storage next time I move and would highly recommend them.

The movers were fantastic! That’s the only reason this is a three star review and not a 1. They were extremely helpful and took care of everything and made sure we got everything and had everything covered. However, it was the office that gave me issues. When the movers were wrapping furniture to move it they said that the drawers were too heavy as is because they had clothes in them and that they would have to take them out and put them in boxes to move at $80 a box. So I called the lady who set up the move and she was unavailable. I finally got hold of the sales manager and his response was “well I went back and watch the original conversation and you said that the drawers would be empty.” I then stated that I called back to see if the drawers having clothes in them would be an issue as we were becoming pressed for time and was told no it wouldn’t be. When I called to speak to someone that day even someone in the office said that this shouldn’t be an issue so I asked about that. I was told she was new and knew nothing about moving. This guy just kept throwing his people under the bus and trying to push back on a conversation that happened way before a phone call I had a little less than a week ago. I said that I packed an entire house so why would I not pack the clothes if it was going to be a problem? It would have taken an extra hour or two tops. So finally he said he would give me the boxes to pack the clothes while the movers worked on other things. The movers were great but the company sucks. Use local. I made the mistake of using this company because of their pricing, the headache the office caused was not worth the few hundred dollars saved.EDIT/REPLY: The gesture of free boxes was wonderful and I thank you for it. However, the sales manager throwing his employees under the bus rubbed me the wrong way. Instead of doing that just apologize for confusion and move on. That's what rubbed me the wrong way.

I just have to say the crew that came to our house was very profesional and efficient. Every crew member was polite and very helpful. We are a military family and have moved about 8 times over the last 15 years. All of those moves were with different moving companies. This move by far has been the easiest and the crew has been amazing. I would recommend them to anyone. They did an exceptional job boxing and wrapping everything. I’m sorry if I spell names wrong but they deserve a shout out. Cornelius, David, Chris, Tyree and Peter thank you.

Excellent move! Crew showed up on time, worked quickly to come in within the budgeted hours on the quote, wrapped all furniture, paintings and boxed tvs. Nothing broke during the move.

Worst experience ever. Movers destroyed items. They were careless and worse, EXPENSIVE. And they say the will help reimburse for damages. Thousands in damages, $110 offered. Do not use them!

This is my 3rd time using Isaac's Moving & Storage. They take very good care of your furniture. It may be a little pricey compared to other companies; however, they service is the best! This is my first time using their storage, because my apartment isn't ready yet. Their movers are professional and they get the job done. I highly recommend them for your next move!

I’ve used Issac’s twice now for residential moves in and around the Philly area. Having dealt with many moving companies over the years I can easily say Issac’s is the best by far.Their intake process is really awesome. When you submit a quote request on their website someone contacts you very quickly to go over your needs, inventory, and a virtual tour of your stuff if needed. I worked with the same moving consultant both times (Sara) and found her to be excellent.The moves were smooth and professional. Both crews I’ve worked with were great people. They treat you and your stuff with respect and courtesy. Most important, nothing they’ve handled in both moves had any damage. If something I owned had preexisting damage they always pointed it out to me to ensure I knew it was there before the move.This last time I used them I moved into a Philly neighborhood where parking is a challenge and they handled that gracefully as well. They really know what they’re doing!
