It was a good experience i always filed my taxes with Jackson Hewitt for years,but this time the IRS sent me back less than I was told I was getting back it's not Jackson Hewitts fault the IRS adjusted my taxes because of the Unemployment Waiver I don't understand why it was so less I thought it would be adjusted to get more money,I will continue to file taxes at JH every year,i just want the IRS to tell me why my refund was short by $347.00 dollars,I will try to contact them today.

My experience with Sarah was great! She was very professional and and accurate about my refund! She even kept her word on calling me back when she was available. During these hard times we're facing she was willing to come in on her day off from another job to finish up the process. I was in and out without a problem ...great job to you Sarah!
