Do not go to this office. This office lies about their fees. I was supposed to get back $1491 and they charge me $360. They did not tell me how much their fees were if I could give this place a zero I would I’m never coming back here ever again and made matters worse I was in their office for over six hours. I got there when the sun was out, and by the time I left, it was already nighttime and it was already time for them to close. I shouldn’t have been in their office that long. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had next time I am filing myself and I’m not coming back to Jackson Hewitt.

Joe was wonderful! Hugely helpful! We had a complicated situation with multiple states and potential issues and he took care of it all on the spot. It was easy and took so much pressure off of us. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cost effective tax office.

Customer service was very tolerating and very great you have an asset in your employee he goes above and beyond to ensure service excellence. My grievance with Jackson Hewitt is that I was charged twice the amount to prepare my taxes. Which leaves me to think twice if I ever will return to Jackson Hewitt Jackson Hewitt charge me nearly $1,000 that has never happened before as far as customer service is concerned your employee will be a great asset wherever he lands in life. Thank you.

I've been going to the 52nd st location for about 5 years now and I just love it love it!!..I just love the service fast and friendly and a healthy loan you get the loan within a hour or so and you get a nice upfront loan ...you just gotta try Jackson Hewitt if you haven't you'll be happy that you did.

The tax service that I received from this Jackson Hewitt branch office was nothing but EXCELLENT. The preparer was very knowledgeable AND helpful in getting me the most MONEY that I could get from the IRS. The fees were quite reasonable. A very pleasant experience.
