The worst tax preparation service you can ever think of. The agency that is located on Cottman Ave is not a good place to go to at all, as they charged me over 500 dollars for my tax filing, plus they made my tax returns a negative, unlike all previous years in which my old tax preparer used to make them positive. I think that I have learned a lesson this time: not all tax preparers are the same, some are great, others are worse. I even can’t make a complaint to them. Their hotline customer representatives seem to be repeating a script that they have learned by heart. They never solve your problem. I learned this lesson, and I will never go back to this type of service.

I was supposed to do them at my usual tax preparer, not this Jackson’s office. It was a nightmare.

I went to jackson hewitt for first time this year and I had the best experience that I ever had for taxes my tax expert was wonderfull she made me comfortable and explained everything to me in detail she also came into the office early for me. Also talked to me like a human being and not a robot. She made me laugh and enjoy my time during fieling my taxes also got discount for first time Jackson Hewitt on 1800 cottman ave in Philadelphia pa is the best office recommend every one go there will not regret the decision. THANK YOU FOR THE GOOD TIME FIELING MY TAXES!!!!!!!

Hi there. My experience at Jackson Hewitt was a pleasure! My tax preparers name was John at the Cottman Avenue office. John was very professional, thorough andhis customer service was phenomenal ?. He did everything he could to make it easy for me. I really enjoyed talking to John. Also, very respectful!!!. I hope I get him again next year. Kudos and thank you John!

Jelisa and John were extremely professional and proficient! My fiance and I visited the Jackson Hewitt office on Cottman Avenue on February 26th. My fiance had a state return that involved two states. With this being mentioned, Jelisa Dyer and John Ruso worked diligently to ensure that our taxes were done accurately while professionally addressing any inquires we had. Furthermore, they recapped all of our tax information to ensure that we had a thorough understanding about the relevant state tax laws, deductions and the return. We are extremely pleased with the superior level of customer service provided by Jelisa and John throughout our visit. You will definitely leave their office feeling a high level of confidence regarding their efforts as it relates to completing your taxes!

My second time file with Jackson Hewitt. I had a great experience. My tax was very complicated to file Adrienne was very knowledgeable and patient throughout the process. She made sure I understood the filing process which lessen my anxiety. The new hire Yeshanda was very transparent about being a new hire and in training. Yeshanda was very professional and so eager to learn, which made me feel comfortable for being there. Adrienne is very smart and knowledgeable, she answered most of my questions. I would definitely file again with Jackson Hewitt all the staffs are professional and patient. It took hours to do my taxes because of my paper work and not once they had any complaints. Thank you for making this experience less stressful for me.

This would be the second time I come to this location, and I can actually say that the dedication and patients that Mr. Russo had while trying to work with me. I definitely recommend this location Very professional, respectful, patient, with a welcoming attitude and ready to assist and help their customers with any questions and concerns. Will be coming here to do my taxes each year.
