I did not physically go to this pharmacy, but the pharmacist and the assistants were very kind. The pharmacist explained the effects of the medication and the assistants explained if any copay was due. The driver guy was very nice. Overall excellent service.

Had one bad experience. Cashier accusing me of getting my medication and called me a lair. Well, she was wrong and there are security cameras everywhere. No apology from the cashier. This happen last year. So embarrassing. Why would I take medicine that is not mine? I got my medication after telling her that there are ? cameras everywhere.

Amazing people and great customer service. I like there professionalism and how the take care the customers. I feel very comfortable when I receive my medication and they are Very Very helpful and nice to all people who would walk through the doors of the pharmacy

This drugstore always provides a good quality of medicines. They also have other personal products because their store is like a convenience store. That's why I really like to come here.

I registered on line before my first appointment and since then I have found the "my chart" portal super useful. On the downside, because I'm scheduled for multiple sessions a week I get constant phone calls and email reminders. That's kind of annoying.The staff have been nice but a little aloof. After seeing my doctor the next person asked me what the doctors instructions were as I thought that should have been communicated between them. Other than that smooth sailing.

I never seen a pharmacy that barely have certain medications available. I use to deal with this pharmacy .I recall a couple of times they didn't have no glipidize which is diabetic medication ,how can you be pharmacy for a major hospital with ,I know for sure with plenty diabetics,an don't have diabetic medication on hand.I no longer deal with them ,an good luck to those who do. Oh my god where do I start went to appointment with a family member 9:45 am arrive 9:20 am. 1030 I had to ask if they forgot us, finally get called, get a student doc who had us in office with health questions for one hour. It is now 11:30. Doctor comes in and we get out now its 12:20. Have to have blood work and x-ray! He says he is sending referrals over. Blood work go to lab 2nd floor 20 people ahead but that goes kind of fast! The only bright spot in this damn nightmare! Now you must get X-ray that's on another street outpatient in the hospital time 1:25 pm well my luck they have an emergency and we must exit building! We decide let's get a snack since we haven't eaten since 9 am so we go to the next building, this is on South 11th near walnut, we arrive 1:45 so that tells you we ate fast! WOW this is wonderful what do you know there is no one there in X-ray, we are the first people here! Yeah right!! well now here comes the annoying part! The receptionist person calls us up First, doctor didn't send referral over like he should have so you are meaning ME have to call get referral! I call back to clinic on hold 15 min finally get a person who was nice but told me I called incorrect office but would send the referral, but to let worker know they would have to link referrals, so I told the girl and her response was well we don't do that! Another's person come in and same thing no referral, but they got the "oh sir I will call and get for you! This place is a nightmare! Stay away! I can't believe this is Jefferson!

Extremely rude customer service when calling regarding my prescription. Not only did she give me an attitude but she hung up on me. Also refused to answer the questions I was asking for my needed medication. As an employee here this is not how you treat patients. Extremely disappointing. This woman should be fired.

I've been a patient in the practice well over 15 years. There have been several times (in the beginning) I've considered taking my ball and going elsewhere because of the office staff. I've gone through two Doctors and have had some health scares and surgeries. Why am I still here? Simply put Dr. Marc Altshuler. Yes, I'm one of the lucky ones. He calms me down after the office staff has worked me up. In one of my cases he showed so much compassion to a health scare. He booked the appointments, he worked me into other appointments that I needed. While I will agree with some of the issues I have read, I have to believe they are working on improving. One thing my old Dr. said after being left in the lobby because they forgot to call me back and the doctor left was learn to make some noise! These Dr.'s have e-mails. You don't want me to write ya up!! My insurance, I could go anywhere but because of my physician, I'm not going anywhere so don't yank my chain I will squeak!!
