I came in @8:10 my clothes have about 14 minutes left to wash and there are soooo many dryers still running & the man says I can’t dry because they close @9 pm okay no problem I respect that. What really is eating away at me tho is the attitude & rudeness the young man gave when I simply said “excuse me” to ask a question, now he was mopping the floor another isle over but to poke his hip out and snap his neck and say yesss like I was bothering him was rude as hell! Last time I checked he was in charge and I thought that’s who you go to with any laundromat related questions or issues! This is my last time here that was uncalled for! Regardless of how you feel or how busy you are when you are an employee you have to learn to conduct yourself as one with respect & mannerism. I could see you not caring outside of work that’s your choice but a workplace it’s not supposed to be a choice! I’m good I rather drive farther away than to feel like i can’t ask a question without being treating like I’m 7 years old tugging on his shirt nagging him seriously!

There is no better laundromat around here. I drop off and pickup my jeans were never softer. The people there are great.

Like night and day, Unbelievable. PH laundromat was awful. Worse place ever super rude and unbelievably 1$ thieves. 1$ Yes. K laundromat was so nice and helpful. Clerks went above to help me get my card and load my machine ... like I said before. Night and day difference. Thank you K laundromat!

Best one in the neighborhood. Usually pretty clean, machines are great, prices are about average and drying is free.

Very clean and staff are always nice and willing to help with something. I live in Germantown but come to this Laundromat to wash my clothes.

Very nice place to wash clothes. It’s clean and has plenty of space to fold your clothes. They even have parking as well as benches for you to sit and eat while you wait for your clothes. The bathroom cleanliness is good too.

See some people have washing machines & dryers in there house some don't different strokes for different folk's that's why it's important too be grateful

I love this laundry it is clean it is spacious and the people are friendly there is free parking.The attendants are polite and helpful
