The company has received mixed reviews, with some customers praising the team's professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail, while others have experienced issues with delayed schedules, improper labeling, and lost items. The packers were noted for their great job in packing, but the labeling was a problem. Some customers were not informed about the involvement of a second team for unpacking, leading to frustration. Despite these challenges, the majority of reviewers have expressed satisfaction with the overall service, highlighting the team's hard work, problem-solving abilities, and fair pricing.
