The bankers here are very friendly and helpful. I had to make a payment on a loan for a large amount and they helped me find account since I had set up online long ago with a different branch. They were friendly and helpful and manager Oksana is extremely helpful for helping me with my other business accounts that I will be opening there shortly. I banked with them when they were first niagra.

Shut out to Bustleton team! Best and fastest customer service ever. Came for commercial vehicle loan. Applied on Friday, on Monday I drove away my truck. Oksana and Kate did amazing work. Very professional, knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommend for business and personal banking.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!Worst customer service!!! Russian speaking ladies SO RUDE & UNPROFESSIONALNo Zelle for biz accounts, $500 limit on personal accounts.Please stay away, especially from this branch. Would give 0 stars if Google would allow.Not client oriented at all.Bad decision opening a bank account here.

Don't know why people wrote all those negative comment but they helped me in very professional way and banking with them an excellent as far as I got my experience. The manager of this particular branch Oksana was so helpful and cooperation. Opened my business account within 30 minutes

Worst customer service ever. I've been transferred to 5 different people but nobody is willing to help. I wonder how this company survives with people who make simple things complicated.

Unfortunately reviews were correct this time. First and last time in this bank. If you not a customer of this bank they charge $7.50 to cash a $138 their bank check ! I've never seen anything like that .

I live a cross the street from this place and I will never set foot in there again I would rather drive all the way to Warminster or better yet just take my business somewhere else where they can at least pretend to respect their customers
