The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE . THEY NEED TO TAKE OUT THESE LITTLE PUERTO RICAN GIRLS AND PUT SOME REAL WORKERS THERE ! SOMEBODY HAS TO STEP UP ! THEY NEED ADULTS TO WORK NOT KIDS. IF THEY CANT HELP PEOPLE WHY ARE THEY STILL WORKING THERE … THE ENTIRE STAFF NEEDS TO BE REPLACED

They never have any size sneaks that I need . I just got my son a pair of sneaks and they gave me the display sneak which was a white shoe. I get home and they have dirt marks all Over them like if you’re gona give me the display make sure you give me a discount also ! I prob won’t be returning here I’ll be going to foot locker I never have a problem there

Today we weren't lucky my son couldn't find anything he liked We were greeted at the door nice but i was shocked know one asked if we needed any help and it was a slow day but he didn't see what he wanted anyway

they get no stars from me i went in no people in the store i went to pick out some boots not only did i get no service also no curtacy or hello or if i need any help obviously they did not want to work 2 people that work there and no one ask if i need a pair of shoes they obviously didn't want my service or money

One of my favorite stores. They have ew employees. The customer service is always great. Lately they haven't been having a large selection of clothes, but you can bet they have the sneaks you want.

This is the ONLY SNIPES I've been shopping at n will continue! The staff is so kind n courteous they made it a point to speak to everyone that walks in the door! They are very neat n clean! Julian Erica Lila are the best! N for everyone else's name I forgot I'm sorry you all are amazing! ?
