The owners know this is an Italian working class neighborhood and they capitalize on it. Prices constantly going up, and quality down. A lot of items are also expired.You would think the neighborhood shop would stay consistent with prices during such a hard time - think again.

Ethnic neighborhood grocery store with a great selection friendly staff and mostly reasonable prices.

They tell me they only take cash now, which is fine.. then I forgot 3 items and went back and because it wasn't $10.00 they wouldn't let me buy the things. They made me add a few more items which I think is unfair since using a debit card has no charge. I'll be going elsewhere from now on.
