Store not set up for handicap
If there was a line at checkout I would have had to walk to other end of store to the checkout area. The checker told me to come around the front since the store was empty.
No help in men's department at all.

I went to the store to use my kohl’s cash
I spent $15.00 and he never told me I had $10.00 more I could have gotten something else and also I gave him a shirt from the 70% off rack and all he said was this is a 2 piece article well
There were 3 of the same shirts on the rack with no pants so who knew it was part of a pj. 🤢

The young black girl doing Amazon Returns was absolutely terrible. She watched me walk up to the counter then when I put the item down she proceeds to look down on her phone on TikTok for 3 minutes… I say “I’m doing a Amazon return” she says absolutely nothing scans it and hands me a receipt… terrible customer service.. the other two Older women I spoke to were very nice

Went to buy swim trunks, while trying them on in fitting room a couple was having fun a few stalls down(weird)
Then after not being able to find price check kiosk on the sales floor I went to cashier who while sitting down seemed to be annoyed at my request. I'm never coming back.Awful experience

Not the Kohl's I was used to.
Scarce staff but customers were far and few between .
Maybe it was the time. Mid-afternoon
Everything was expensive. Hardly any sales.
First time in my life,since Reeboks came out I paid full price for sneakers.
Since I used the last of my gift cards I doubt I will go back.
Boy do I miss Clover !

The service sucks the security is creepy follow you around the store ducking in and out the clothes hiding in clothes is she crazy Staff doesn't help this place sucks Andorra Kohl
