My experience was disappointing. The staff displayed an unprofessional attitude.

It was fine! Phlebotomist was great she did it quickly and easily. Customer service upfront is pretty bad you can tell the person hated every second of being there but hey whatever. They’ll get you in and out and get the job done. I tried walking in but there were a lot of people. Checked in on a kiosk and said over an hour wait so I selected the come back in an hour choice had an appointment slot for 11:30-12:00. Came back at 11:15 and they got me in around 11:35. Overall a fine experience.

Not a good experience. Chaotic and unprofessional at the front desk. You check in at the kiosk but there is also walk in service. Not enough staff for the check in. Much confusion and one of the check in staff was yelling out names in frustration. Only then was the sign in sheet produced. Could not find a clipboard. You get sent back to stand in the hallway awaiting the phlebotimist. Tacky!
The best staff was the phlebotimist. Kind, reassuring and professional.
I will return to Quest on 8th & Lombard for my lab tests.
Would have given 2 stars but gave 1 extra for the phlebotimst.
I just hope my doctors get the results!

This was an awful experience this morning. 2/17/2025 The lady with auburn hair was terrible. She had a waiting room full of customers. And complaining to others that she need to get from the desk. I sat in a labcorp for 3 hours and still did not get my blood drawn. I really use to love this lapcorp but not anymore

Lady at the front desk today doesn’t even let you finish your sentence when you go up to ask a question. Was treating all patients the same way.

Make sure you block out 2+ hours if you come here, because appointments are not handled efficiently. I had an appointment at 10:30 and I naively scheduled a meeting for noon thinking I'd be done in time. I was wrong. I ended up leaving Labcorp at 11:40 so I'd make my 12:00 meeting. I had even gotten to Labcorp 20 minutes early. They only called a handful of people back in the first hour I was there. Then they called me and a bunch of other people back and we just kinda waited in the lab for the sole phlebotomist to take our blood. I was sitting in the chair next in line when she skipped over me and went to the guy behind me in line. At that point, it was too late and I had to leave. This wasted my morning a burned half a PTO day and I didn't even get my lab work done.

From the staff I got a bitter girl with zero availability to help the elderly register at the check-in machine. They have no intention of helping people who come here find the orders in their system. They simply tell you that it is not there and that you need to physically bring it in and make an appointment again, when by entering some key data they could find the order sent by the doctor. Very bad service at the window of one of the assistants. Incredible that they let people like that work in places where they have to treat people with compassion.

Jefferson Einstein facility. Horrible. Rude. Unprofessional. Mean lady, bleached blond, big breastfed, black lady. Very short hair was on a power trip. Needs to work on her people kills. So disrespectful hollering people's names with an attitude and very mean to peopleasking questions.
People coming there are sick and need compassion. Einstein has not been the same since the change over.

I never review a place but I left pretty appalled at one of the workers. I had been having a woman’s health emergency and was under a time crunch with getting in to see my doctor and submitting labs. After having no power due to storms all night, I woke up when my doctors office opened and called them to get the first available appointment. The ONLY appointment they had, I could make if I left immediately. Essentially I had been in this building for two and half hours between my appointment and the labs, and the time had run out on my meter. My phone was dead since I was unable to charge it with the power being out. I went up to the workers and asked politely if anybody had a charger and that my phone was dead. One kind lady said there was a charger but that it was her coworkers so she’d ask. When the woman (she was short and older) came up to us I explained I was hoping to use her charger. She laughed and said “hell no”. I kindly explained my phone died and she sarcastically said “my phone died too”. I thanked her and walked away. I received a ticket since I couldn’t refund my meter and was unable to make an imaging appointment for ovarian cysts. This woman did not owe me anything and I don’t know why I expected more, but I am just absolutely disheartened by how unkind someone can be, especially while working in a health care institution.
Everybody else in the institution that I met was kind. And the blood draw was great. That said with the hour wait and unkind woman, this experience left me upset. I honestly would not have minded the wait time if I hadn’t spoken to this woman.

Went there on 6/26 with my pregnant wife at the time of opening to make sure we beat the lines and could get to work on time. We had difficulties checking in and asked for assistance. The two lady’s at the counter told us to start over, so we did the manual check in a second time. After running into the same issue I asked for assistance. One worker made comments that she forgot her password. The second worker answered a FaceTime call and proceeded to ignore us.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! If I could give this place, 0 stars, I would!! The lady at the front desk is rude as hell. When they started moving us to the back, a line started to build up and everyone’s just standing in line. Nobody is telling us where to go . Then, when one of the girls finally comes back to take our blood, she has an attitude with us, telling everybody to take a seat. Like we were supposed to know that. When I sit down, this woman Screwed up the blood draw. Then had to draw from my other arm. I was bruised for WEEKS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
