If you have diagnosed needle phobia, don't come here. Nurse with tattoos & blonde braids was rude and wouldn't use the small needle. If a patient requests the small one, they should use the small one. I've been coming here for years and no nurse has ever had an issue about it before.

WORST UNWELCOMING PLACE IN THE WORLD. I literally came with paperwork ready and asked the the lady up front desk what I should do with this and she freaked out at me saying “you have to sign in, Jesus Christ” when it’s my 1st time getting this done for my job…. I was very nice and patient with her but then decided not to get my lab work done there because the lady with braids wearing burgundy was very disrespectful.

This place is dirty and always understaffed and I have to wait FOREVER. Once I got dirty water spilled on me while I was walking in the door which was disgusting and perplexing. The staff is rude. The blood draw rooms are just open without doors or anything professional like a doctor’s office. It’s always a dehumanizing experience.

Horrible experience at this location. Kiosk was broken, and there was no one behind the counter. No one responded to "Hello" or knocking on the door to the back. After more than ten minutes, someone finally emerged and told us to use the broken kiosk. Customer service needs to make a come back, this was frustrating and unlike most of my experiences with Labcorp.

The employees here are extremely rude. I understand it might not be the most forgiving job, but the workers here are downright mean. If you can go to a different LabCorp I would. I have never had such a bad experience at a LabCorp.

From the staff I got a bitter girl with zero availability to help the elderly register at the check-in machine. They have no intention of helping people who come here find the orders in their system. They simply tell you that it is not there and that you need to physically bring it in and make an appointment again, when by entering some key data they could find the order sent by the doctor. Very bad service at the window of one of the assistants. Incredible that they let people like that work in places where they have to treat people with compassion.

Horrible experience. Went for drug test for work and had an appointment at 11:45. I did not get my test until 1:30. The customer service was Terrible. Candace was extremely rude. There was no communication about wait time. They are clearly understaffed and can’t handle the volume of clients.

Staff here are extremely unpleasant, incommunicative, and make the already unpleasant process of having blood drawn more excruciating than it needs to be. I would recommend going to any other lab besides Labcorp if you can, even if it means going a little bit farther out of your way.

Staff ignoring phone calls on purpose. They weren't even busy (2 waiters). They Just didn't want to pick up the phone. How do I know? I walked in with my phone calling them, witnessed the two chicks were just talking to each other and having the conversation of their lives. Very poor work ethic. Not that I care, just want to guide and warn future patients who will be coming here for service. They probably need a raise. As a matter of fact, hire someone else who will do a better job.

Always seamless in and out experience here - I've come here for pre-employment testing and my routine bloodwork. Usually I make an appointment and have to wait less than 5 minutes to be brought back. I had a large quantity of labs ordered for one visit and they worked hard to minimize needle pokes. This morning I walked in without an appointment right at opening and was seen immediately. Jeff was my phlebotomist and he was AMAZING. He was able to stick me in my AC which no one has been able to do in years because of my veins diving deep. It was over before I knew it. Very satisfied - Jeff deserves a raise!! The other benefit of this location is that if you have a ride waiting for you, there's a place for them to easily pull over in the roundabout during your quick appointment. I've never been there longer than 15 minutes start to finish. Highly recommend!

So I came here a week early because I accidentally made my appointment a week later than when I needed it. The staff was very fast and efficient and the person that took me named Arrell was extremely polite and professional. The ratings I seen for this place must have been for a while ago cause my experience was PEAK. Keep up the good work you all!

My experience here was AWFUL . For one the lady at the front test was yelling on the phone talking to someone then the women that check me in insisted that the order my doctor sent over wasn’t in the system mean while it was in the system not to mention I took an urine test . Guess what . These people had the nerve to not even sample my urine ! People are so unprofessional . Let’s not forget when I was looking for someone to tell me where to set the cup with my urine , it was people at the back door knocking waiting to get in . Meanwhile the place was closed . I never seen nothing like that in my life ! People are unprofessional. Please hire people that actually likes to work.
