I have been going to LabCorp a very long time and have never had a problem before. The Phlebotomist that saw me was the worst I have ever had the displeasure of drawing my blood. I’m only 36 and athletic so I have great veins and this lady blew my vein so badly my arm is still black and blue after 6 days. After she took the needle out she let blood pour down my arm instead of pulling the needle out properly and utilizing the cotton swab. She was by FAR the WORST phlebotomist, they shouldn’t be letting their employees practice on people if they are so amateur. Then I called them twice and left a message over an hour ago and had no call back. Additionally she said my results would be back in 4 days and it’s been 6 with no results. Suffice to say I am NEVER going back to this location.

I have to say Allante, Bri and Sloan were rays of sunshine right up at the front desk. They were very welcoming and sweet and helped me check in to do a work lab work. They made my check in process very easy. I didn’t feel discomfort. They also distracted me while I was getting drawn. I am very happy about this location. If I could give 10 stars I would!

I had an excellent experience at Labcorp! The staff was professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient. From the moment I walked in, the check-in process was seamless, and I was seen right on time for my appointment. The phlebotomist was skilled and gentle—I barely felt the blood draw. The facility was clean and well-organized, which gave me a lot of confidence in their services. I also appreciated how quickly I received my test results. Highly recommend Labcorp for any lab testing needs!

Much like all other Labcorps, this one is also useless. Got there early to be the first one in since I have to start work at 7:00 and their check in kiosk isn't working. Okay, looking for someone who works there at the window so they can check me in and not a soul in sight. Finally someone comes and asks if they can help me in such a way as if I'm inconveniencing them by being there. I explain that the check-in kiosk isn't letting me select an option of what I'm there for. The employee casually tells me that the system is down and they called IT, it's going to be awhile.
Completely not their fault, but couldn't you have been at the window to tell people that? And why did you get annoyed at me like I was bothering you when I explained what was going on if you knew your systems were down? Again, not the employee's fault, but time is money and I don't appreciate having mine wasted.

I love this LabCorp, the staff is very nice. It’s not crowded. It’s clean and most of all they play music while I want so it knock’s off my nerves.

Best Labcorp experience I ever had. I needed a quick panel done and didn’t have an appointment. I went in on a Saturday AM and was in and out in 20 minutes. Everyone was engaging and nice. Thank you!

Customer Service was great! Had to stay there for a 3 hour glucose tolerance test and the women there were extremely nice and personable! Would definitely go back for future lab work!!

They don't follow appointment times. Only seem to have 1 person working. Long wait times for just blood work. Waited over 1hr after my schedule time.

I don't know why the clinics make it so complicated, they should have their own laboratories, they sent me to this place and they didn't test me, they just wasted my time.
