Rude and absent. They just decide to have No Walk-ins but only have that denoted on a handwritten sign on the kiosk which was flipped over and not on the front door. There was no staff member at the front to walk you through it and when one did finally show up they were dismissive and did not offer to set up an appointment

I waited almost an hour for a 10 minute appointment that was supposed to start at 10:35. I checked in at 10:30 so it’s not like I was late. The front desk woman was very rude when I asked about when I was going back, the phlebotomist was also very rude. No one should have to wait this long for a how simple of an appointment this should be. I’m never coming back here.

Looking for the zero button. If your goal is to be treated as poorly as possible welcome to labcorp. With an appt for 8am and arriving 15 ahead with all i Dec and paperwork I’m told that the earlier they can see me is 9-9:30? Then told to have a seat? When will i be seen for an 8am? Have a seat! - time to do some house cleaning over here

I fasted for an 8am appointment and the person at the reception refused to enter my ordered labs from my doctor's after care visit and would only accept a faxed order. I walked out and won't go back to this location again.

Cannot go off other people's experience with this location.They were Courteous n Efficient.I was a walk in and I walked out after 20 minutes with 2 people ahead of me.The Sister who took my blood was smooth and very nice.

I visited the Chelten Ave location of Labcorp today for the first time and was greeted by Desiree at the front desk who was so friendly, fast and organized.
I only waited a few minutes before being taken back, they were so patient with me as I was on crutches. Sonja was an absolute pro at taking blood. She took all my anxiety away with her amazing personality, making me feel so at ease that I didn't even feel her take my blood on the very first try.
Both employees wished me well with my recovery and gave me a great experience.
I cannot begin to tell you how much of an asset it is to have such a professional, competent, amazing staff at a Labcorp so close to my home.

The women at the front desk was rude when asked about other labs in the system, they got an attitude and said they were ready for lunch.
The other shorter women was nice and professional.

The past 2 time I have had a horrible experience. Very unprofessional to go back and forth with a patient in front of other people waiting to be serviced. And then want to lie about labs not being in the system. Also every time I call, it just rings and no one picks up. Even left countless of voicemails with my name and number … never once did I get a call back. Only once I had a pleasant experience. But the new people working there are very rude.

Website and front door both say opens at 7am.
Waiting outside at 7:10, door is still locked, no on is here. Can’t reach anyone at Labcorp either. What a waste of time
