Every year my health insurance company contracts with Labcorp to do biometric screening and gives me a form for Labcorp to fill out. This Labcorp location refused to fill out the form and filled out a different one (with much less information on it) instead. I’m worried my insurance rates are going to triple because of this.
The woman at the front desk was extremely rude to me when I tried to explain that I needed the correct form filled out. It would have been very easy to have Labcorp write my height, weight, etc on the correct form, but it felt like she was just reading off a script with no ability to think independently or problem solve.
This is the second attempt I’ve had to make to have Labcorp do this screening (the first time I waited 2 hour and ended up having to leave and go back to work before I could get in). Labcorp needs to coordinate better with insurance companies if they are going to do these screenings. This is a gigantic waste of time every year.

This facility is the worse, there is no one up front. I walked to the back to ask for a cup considering I need to give urine and need to go bad, I was sent back to the waiting room and still no tech!!!

Do NOT go to this location. No need to make an appointment because you will be waiting hours just to get seen. I had an appointment and the lady at the desk told me she didn’t see it on her end. I tried to show her the email on my phone and she was very rude about it. Don’t waste your time going here!

They got me in and out very fast. My appt was at 11:45 I went in around 11:24 and they seen me in a good timely manner. Check in was easy, the woman who drew my blood was very nice and good at drawing blood. People usually have problems drawing my blood, she did it with ease. Quick. Easy, and painless.

No point of making an appointment, they don’t honor it. Make you sign up to wait in line. Then the waitstaff have the nerve to be rude when asked about the wait. Don’t come to this location.

Only 1 phlebotomist working while 14 people - including elderly people - stood in the hallway waiting for 45 minutes after being called back. Need a better system … don’t call people back until you are ready to take them, so older/sick people can at least have a chair. Also the two front desk persons are also phlebotomists (?) so perhaps the flow better could be better organized.
