They got me in and out very fast. My appt was at 11:45 I went in around 11:24 and they seen me in a good timely manner. Check in was easy, the woman who drew my blood was very nice and good at drawing blood. People usually have problems drawing my blood, she did it with ease. Quick. Easy, and painless.

No point of making an appointment, they don’t honor it. Make you sign up to wait in line. Then the waitstaff have the nerve to be rude when asked about the wait. Don’t come to this location.

Only 1 phlebotomist working while 14 people - including elderly people - stood in the hallway waiting for 45 minutes after being called back. Need a better system … don’t call people back until you are ready to take them, so older/sick people can at least have a chair. Also the two front desk persons are also phlebotomists (?) so perhaps the flow better could be better organized.

Appt was at 7:30 am but I got there at 7:20 am. I was taking right back & got my labs done. In & out with no problems.

I was very disappointed with the front staff. I noticed two Asians seeking the attention of the staff near the window. They were ignored. They signaled to me to assist them in signing in. They didn’t speak English. I gladly assisted with their sign in. I was called to come back. Alisha did not look up to greet or say anything when I came to the desk. I was asked to sign a form for over 100.00 to cover my lab test. This was part of my annual physical and is covered by my insurance. I was then asked to walk to the back. I was not greeted by anyone. After giving my labs. I was told to go to the bathroom to give my urine sample. And leave it on the desk in the back. No one was there to secure the sample. There was no designated place to leave it. This is not the day and time to leave a urine unattended. I would strongly suggest Labcorp adoptsAIDET PATIENT COMMUNICATIONand secures patients specimens. Before there is a mixup. While the person who took my blood was very nice. I will a avoid this location in the future.

I came to this labcorp for covid testing for my daughter. The website promises results in 1-2 days. We had issues from the start. Even thought I bought the test online, the requisition never came to my email or the lab. I had to stand at the desk with my receipts for one hour making phone calls to multiple layers of agencies/vendors to fix THEIR computer glitch. The desk clerk, Rosa, was quite gracious trying to help us. It wasn't her fault. Then, the results of one daughters test were posted, but the other one wasn't. In addition, their customer service centre is closed on Sunday, so there is no one to help. We had to get additional testing elsewhere, for additional cost. The results eventually were posted 5 days later, making them now useless and a waste of $119. I filed a request for a refund. I don't think I will use labcorp again.

When I was in the back waiting to get bloodwork done I noticed this older lady that was taking the blood did 2 patients back to back , didn’t wash her hands nor changed her gloves and was wiping stuff down , touching the computer , typing stuff , touching papers and everything in between the two patients. I did not want her doing me and I mentioned to the other tech and she was basically taking up for her coworker saying maybe I didn’t see her change them but they do change gloves. I said girl I was hawking her down because I am a CMA and I pay attention to everything when in a medical setting and she in fact did not but ok. They kinda had an attitude but then went to change their gloves in front of me. I feel bad for whoever goes here and has no knowledge. I will never return here!

I must say I don't know if people had Appointments or was walk-ins but if you had a Appointment as I did it went fast and smooth. These complaints must be walk-ins but if you got an appointment those people go first they said they schedule a head of time. But I see what people say they might be understaffed but you don't complain to do you write to Corporate about the problem and you might get a better faster service what is needed in are community.
