The receptionist who was working on March 14th around 10:30-11:30am.She was so rude. She should learn how to talk politely. I came to labcop for my toldder's blood work and he was just moving too much in the wait room. She asked me to control him , like she was blaming me and every body there notice his reaction tone. So I was watching him all the time , he didn't do anything wrong !
IS BY THIS WAY YOU TREAT YOUR YOUNG PATIENT AND HIS PARENTS ???

This is the location i use for the past 4 years, just because is the closest one to my job. Staff, I have mix opinion, sometimes nice and polite, others not so much. Last time I notice the person at the front was rude towards someone else, with me she had a better attitude, the same person at the front was the one who draw my blood. She was quick and good. A lot better than the other one in the back. I always make the appointments through the app, I check in through it and wait in my car. I'm usually attended at appointed time. Street parking is a little difficult because there is a breakfast restaurant and a day care near by. So in the mornings is a little challenging.

Too bad, i went there for a TB test and i never had a similar experience with a blood extract, the nurse was listening music, singing, asking stupid questions and hur my vain y been in pain aroun one week. Terrible,

If this site could get zero stars I would. On 9/23 @1:28pm I walked in to do blood work for my father. I was informed this site has no butterfly needles to or PPD kits to do the testing. It's called labcorp for a reason: Labs need to be drawn. I find it highly unacceptable that the staff is saying I don't know why shipment on butterfly needles and PPD kits are backed up. If that's the case why bother opening the site or put a sign outside informing the public about your lack of supplies. Do better labcrap

I’ve been coming to this labcorp location for a few years now to get blood work done and it is outstanding!
Super nice workers all around!
The people who draw the blood are even better!

Unprofessionalism at its finest. I was the only person in the facility for about 10 minutes with no employee nor patients in sight. Once I yelled "hello!" through the window, the only two employees came through a visible door at the first. There was no there to service and should've have waited. This location has been a bust, but today was my last straw.
If you don't mind waiting forever, Oxford Ave. is where you want to be.

Geneva (not sure on the spelling) was completely inconsiderate and rude to my mother today. We understand how busy it can get and how slow things might be when dealing with someone with a language barrier but when someone doesn’t speak or understand english very well and goes alone to check-in, staff should be considerate of that even if it means we have to wait. She’s telling my mom to try on the ipad while she is in the back with other patients.
My mother had to call me and I had to help advocate for my mothers needs. It saddens me that people are not patient when there is a language barrier. Geneva almost dismissed my mothers lab work, by telling me there is no order and that we needed a printed copy. I explained we never had to print a copy before, eventually after me helping her out, she finally found the order.
100% would not recommend this place. Please go to other lab corps.

The lady utilizes an adult needle for my 9 years old daughter.. she even did not put alcohol on the bandage she put for my daughter at the end. Her arm was hurting her after we left the place.

The both ladies Leea and Nancy were very professional and fast. The waiting room had 6 patients early in the morning and they serve them with professionalism and the matter of time.

The front staff talk to people in a very condescending way. There's no assistance and they assume you should know the process.
