I recently went to the Morrell labcorp location with a long script of bloodwork. The woman who entered my information was OK, but the lady who walked into my room to perform the blood draw was another story. She came into my room, didn't look at me or say hi. Then I asked her to use a specific vein (I'm very nervous about bloodwork and have fainted a lot in the past). She said she would use that vein and then jabbed me and it hurt a lot. I didn't say anything. Then she dropped a vial of my blood in the corner. At the end she didnt grab the vial on the floor - I did. I still haven't received my bloodwork results and I'm wondering if they were even sent out considering how careless and disinterested the tech was. I understand caring with multitudes of people is taxing, but unfortunately as a phlebotomist you're job is to interact with people constantly.

My client has cancer & she has dementia /Alzheimer’s.
I still like her to have her independence so I told her to go in and tell them her name while I parked the car. The desk people didn’t know whether she had someone with her or if she was alone. She said she gave them her name and they pointed to the kiosk, she didn’t know what she was doing and looked upset. So when I got in there I asked the tech taking her blood what was their practice for helping the elderly, her reply was they just have to ask, I said so she came to the desk to sign in and you pointed to the kiosk, that’s not helping the elderly, most elderly can’t work the kiosks . So I said to her what about if they have dementia, she said again all they have to do is ask, so again they won’t because they don’t have that capacity. She then proceeded to say well you’re here with her so, that wasn’t the point, I did help her when I got in there, but they didn’t know I was with her.
She was extremely rude, I won’t be taking any of my clients back to this location, I would rather go out of my way than to use them. My job is to advocate for my clients who don’t have a voice of their own. Some training classes might be in order for the people at this location.

I have been to many Labcorp locations. This one has the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. The front desk receptionist has a terrible attitude. People are coming here experiencing medical issues, have a little empathy and compassion!

The receptionist was absolutely horrible and so rude. I made an appointment for a glucose test, the system gave me a 1:30 appointment time. When I arrived I was told I could only have this test if I arrived by 1:15. Why would I be given an appointment then?! The worst part was this receptionists attitude like it was my fault. Awful customer service!!

Been coming to this Labcorp location since Feb 2025, I go there every 3 weeks to get my blood withdraw and the place is always clean, all girls are very quick, polite, friendly, always making me feel comfortable and the good thing that they never hurt me, I do not feel anything at all when they withdraw my blood. Will recommend this location!

I was skeptical with the bad reviews but they are great. I did a walk-in appointment once they opened up and was in and out pretty fast. The staff are friendly, professional and quick and the office is very clean.
I would definitely use them again if I have any more labs to do!

Honestly was terrified coming here because of the reviews but I had a GREAT experience. The check in was actually really easy and fast, I'm also terrified of needles but the person who helped me was so fast and gentle I was calm the whole time. Will be recommending ❤️

I was there in 17Jun2024 for my labwork. The lady (I do not know her name) was extremely rude. Prior to calling me she was yelling at a senior citizen just bcoz of putting a paper on the desk.

Came in for routine test. I had to go to this joke of a place. Shames me the staff are rude and unprofessional. This is the worst place to be at.
