So I had to go in the labcor this morning to get some Labs taken and the technician that helped me or waited on me or however you want to put it she was amazing had the greatest attitude the nicest smile and she couldn't have been any more professional and as far as drawing labs I didn't feel a thing it was painless

Just had a wonderful experience with this labcorp location. Was in and out in less than 15 minutes (with no appointment). The staff is very nice and kind, everything is clean. Thank you.

If there were an option to do negative stars I would. Got a call I had to come back for a redraw because the first draw they didn’t take enough blood to complete my testing. Redraws are supposed to be priority however when I got here was told I had to wait in line like everyone else as if I didn’t already do that the first time. Avoid this labcorp, go to one they actually know what they’re doing to begin with. This one is a joke.

Quick turn around time = Big Plus. Personable, Professional & Knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend the LABCORP on Morrell Avenue in northeast Philadelphia.

Today my mother had an appointment at this location around 9 AM to get blood work. She had an unacceptable encounter with a receptionist or whoever was in charge of looking up the registry to see if the appointment was there. For some reason there might have been a miscommunication between 2 of the Labcorp's Alliance Cancer care location in Bensalem. My mother have been coming to the Morrell's Labcorp location for 3 years to get blood work and results sent to the Alliance Cancer care to make sure it was normal. The receptionist talk to my mother in a condescending tone as if she did not know English or know what was going on. What infuriated me she was treated as if she was sub-human. My mother told me she never seen her work there before. There are 2 stories for every situation and its a miscommunication somewhere during the appointment setup. All I have to say is include diversity training for your staff cause there will be more people from New York city, Jersey area, and other states moving in. There will be cultural clash and misunderstandings. Hire staff who have good communication and customer service skills cause their working in a medical field and dealing with the public. Every patient who walks in should be treated with human decency. If I was there with my mother would have spoken my mind. Please respect the people who have been living in this community for over 30 years.

I am sorry to say that but the workers are very rude, not friendly at all without any reason. a very cold welcoming. this is my last time being at this location. I advise labcorp to hire a better people.

For this to be a medical facility they should provide mask for their patience if they require you to wear one. Mandate has been lifted.

We were told walk ins are ok. My son is 16. We came at 7am and they kept calling people before him. I understand they had appointments. I just wanted to ask her if it was better if we made an appointment and came back, but she cut me off and was very rude to me. Ignorant.

Nydia is friendly, professional and a very skilled phlebotomist. Our family has been following her from center to center for the past couple of years. She keeps her centers running efficiently.
