Took my blood. Got all the way home told me to come back and I did because they messed up.Then days later when I got my results they didn’t go through because they didn’t send the right specimens over or follow the correct process, so I was left with 0 results.

The black clerk who signed me in was arrogant and nasty, the white person who took my blood was fine. The results for my Test were not sent to my LabCorp portal account. Also my doctor had ordered with my total blood work a PSA test which was not done. A pathetic company.

There is noway I have an appointment at 10:15 and don’t get called to the back till 10:40. The phlebotomist wants to register every patient and then do blood draw. I waited another 15 minutes in the room. Is not fair that is someone schedule their appointment at a certain time they have to wait till everyone gets registered to get blood work done. I use to work for labcorp and once u register a patient you supposed to do blood work right away not register 6 more patients and have the others waiting in the room. They need better training and a manager here to supervise what is going on!!

It was very easy to make an appointment. The lady is on the second floor, you can take the stairs or elevator. Check-in on the computer was easy via scan code. I was not there five minutes before they called me back. The phlebotomy technician Jan found my veins quickly. I'm always a difficult stick. She was excellent. The staff there was very friendly and had great customer service. I would definitely go back again.

The one that took care of my daughter was asking the patients to go and buy the food that she was craving because "She was nice." That's her job!!! Patients are not obligated to buy her anything, and even worse that she is asking for it. Not professional at all!!!

I have small veins and sometimes the phlebotomist has a problem drawing blood. I went to Labcorp this morning and I have to say that Ms. Monica is the best. She drew my blood with no problem. I’m going to go there and ask for her every time I need bloodwork.

This is my go-to place for Labs! Ms Janice is always professional & kind. Whether I'm a walk in or have an appointment, I never wait long. Any of the phlebotomist are good. I'm not believing these other horrid reviews on here!

Had really amazing experience here, I was out in 20mins and I didn’t had to wait a lot. The lady who did my bloodwork was so trained and professional she made it so easy and was done in like 5mins. Other than that the chairs are very less for people, the area is big enough to have more chairs but it has very less chairs. Should’ve fix that.

I will never go here again! I got to my appointment at 7:40 am, the girl called me to the desk at 7:50 and said to everyone they need their paperwork the computers r down. I had mine. I waited in the back for 35 minutes so i had to ask what’s taking so long!?! They just kept saying we’ll b right w u. About 5 people were in and out while the girl kept putting wrong information on my paperwork. Who knows if they took the right bloodwork!?! Ill never go to labcorp again EVER! I do not recommend!
