I've used Liberty over the last 15 years but this year was the end for me. The guy at the location is very nice but does not know what he is doing. From my understanding he entered some information incorrectly so they flagged the account and was not able to process my taxes so I went to another location on Chew ave but still could not get my taxes processed since the Ogontz location had my account frozen. He did not know what he was doing and now I have been waiting over two weeks with no answers and no responses from corporate, except that I have to wait because their "regional manager" covers multiple locations. I'm picking up my paperwork and going to another tax service...NEVER AGAIN!!!

Hygyens Barton was very very professional, he also was patient with me. I learned a few things as well, I will recommend him for anybody that need there taxes done he get you in & out with professional work ethic.

Been filing with this office for 3 years now and I can honestly say that I’m a satisfied customer. Filing with Liberty is very easy and doesn’t take long. I recommend for anyone who needs their taxes filed to come to this office!

One of your tax preparers put the wrong address on my tax return an address that does not even exist, now I cant get my stimulus or the people at liberty tax to help me when the IRS said you guys need to electronically amend my address. The guy flat out refused to help me but the IRS keeps telling me you guys have to help me. It was Liberty's mistake and now i cant get my stimulus. Help?
