I tried Using a visa gift card which was activated and had a balance and whatever card readers they use didn’t accept it. The machine would only let us try once and then freeze for about 5 minutes. So I spent Almost 30 minutes trying to swipe this card a few times. Finally I just decided to use my debit card and they charged my card twice for the same purchase. I immediately told the store associate and he told me that it would come off and if it didn’t to contact the help desk. It did not in fact come off and the help desk told me the store has to help me they cant help me. Tried getting in contact with the store and they simply won’t answer the phone. Had to go through my bank to get this resolved. The associate working that day also seemed like he did not know what he was doing and he was the only one working on a very busy Sunday. They have no register and instead use a phone with a card swiper for transactions. Will not be shopping here again. Terrible management and a terrible system.

I don’t usually ever post reviews but in this case I JUST HAD TOO!!!The manager of this location goes above and beyond! He did tell me his name but I don’t want to spell it wrong?. It was my 14 year old son’s first time shopping for a fitted hat. He has wanted one for months now! The manager took his time and he explained everything about the hat and answered our many questions. We did not feel rushed out of the store by any means and in the end he also made sure we were happy with our purchase. He was so kind and helpful!! If there were more people like him in this world, it would be a better place. Because of him, I will definitely be going back!!Ash & Brendin ?

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Honestly, only reason I didn't give a 5 because of the rather high hike in prices. Thank goodness for clearance sales!?

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My father went in there looking around to shop while I was in another store and they asked if he needed help he said hes just browsing they rudely asked "well are you going to buy something or not" He wouldve bought something But left immediately because of the rude younger employees working there! Rude Incompetent employees who should never work around people. Will NEVER come here again

I've been a Lids customer for YEARS. I went today looking for a specific hat...the guy behind the counter tells me that they don't carry my size in stores but they have it online. I asked if he could order it and have it shipped to me and he said "we don't do that". I found a hat that was my size and went to the counter to purchase it. I tried to pay with a Lids gift card and he said "we don't take gift cards here". I told him it's a Lids gift card and should be valid at all locations and he said "we don't take gift cards here right now because of a new system we have". My wife then asked if he could look in the system to see if another Lids had the hat in stock and he said "I can't do that right now but you can go down to the closest location at the Airport to see if they have it". There are at least 5 locations that are closer than the airport location...I will NEVER go to this store again. Incompetent, lazy, unhelpful staff.

I had some hats embroidered at this store in the past that turned out fairly decent, so I went to them to have several hats and shirts embroidered for me. I purchased my own garments. I took them to the store on a Tuesday, and was promised the finished garments on Thursday by 3pm, I called the store around 2pm and was informed that the job would be finished around 6pm. Well that didn't work for me because I had class at 7pm. I informed the store that I would wait until the following day to pickup. Unfortunately I was unable to make it there on Friday but went to the store on Saturday afternoon thinking that all I would have to do is pickup my order. Well it wasn't that simple. When I got there I was informed first, that the job was not finished. And second that "someone" messed up one of my hats. And even though they replaced the one, it was a different color. I arranged to have one of the shirts done and two hats that were supposed to have names on them done while I was in the mall. And when I picked up the 2 hats (which had terrible looking embroidered names on them) and on the shirt, there were a bunch of black stains on this brand new shirt, and the logo looked horrible and was not placed as I ordered. But this is the biggest problem I had, They tried to give me this stuff, in the condition that I described, without any explanation. And while they reimbursed me for the embroidery, they did not pay me for the shirt and 2 hats that were destroyed. By the way the lady who did the work happened to not be there when I came to pickup my order.

Nice guys work there a huge selection of hats which they call Lids but that's it there were a few baseball jerseys but they were so much money it made my head spin
