12/03/2025 Update: Updating to five stars from three stars. This rating is for the ownership and accountability that is Edward showed on behalf of logicstics in rectifying the issue.
As a customer, it was good to see a company taking steps to fix the issues and ensuring closure.
12/02/2025 Update:
Updating to three stars from one star as Edward from Logicstics reached out to discuss resolution of the issue. He assured me that there is a work in progress resolution for the inconvenience caused. I am awaiting the resolution and will update the review once the issue is resolved.
Old:
It has been two weeks since the promised delivery date and I still don’t have my shipments. We hired logicstics to help with end to end services for our USA to India move. So far they have done a very poor job of communicating. Even after paying for the end to end service, I am handling all the follow ups with FedEx, India customs clearance poc from falcon forwarders, etc., No one has been helpful or giving me the right information. When I ask my Logicstics POC for information he is not giving me any updates. I have been following up everyday with no progress. As a last resort, I am posting this review to get the attention of the management to this matter. Hope you can look into it and take immediate action to get my shipments delivered.

Really good experience. I sent 7 medium U-Haul boxes and 3 giant bike boxes (about 500 lbs total) from a small town in Oregon to a small city in Belgium. The door-to-door service was really easy on both ends, even on a busy city street in Belgium. My representative, Maryam, handled everything and communicated regularly throughout the process via calls and email. I had no idea what I was doing with an international move, but Maryam got me through it. My stuff took a while to get through customs but there's nothing Logicstics (or divine intervention) could do to speed up the process of European bureaucracy. All my things arrived without damage, including high-end carbon bike frames and a gaming computer setup. If I move intercontinentally again I will definitely use Logicstics!

Absolutely recommend. 27 boxes of household goods from PA to Okinawa. The staff I worked with (Marcus and Jacob) were both prompt and found answers to complicated questions. Everyone was professional and did their best to make the process go as smoothly as possible. I got a few quotes and couldn't beat their prices, either. Overall, a company that's succeeding in being competitive and hiring the right people.

My family and I had an excellent experience working with Logicstics for our move from Pennsylvania to northern Spain. Shawn was very helpful when we were first getting the move scheduled. Jacob helped ensure that everything was seamlessly collected and delivered to us in Spain, and was always available to help answer questions we had throughout the move. Without a doubt I would recommend them to anyone looking to move internationally.

I recently used Logicstics for my international relocation from the USA to the UK, and overall, it was a smooth and professional experience.
Jack from Logicstics was quick to provide a detailed and competitive quote. He clearly explained every step of the process — including packaging requirements, customs clearance, and the Transfer of Residence (TOR) filing — which helped me plan ahead with confidence. I requested the quote well in advance, and although Jack followed up a few times, he was never pushy and always maintained a polite, professional approach.
Once I confirmed my booking, I paid a 10% deposit, and Maryam was assigned as my dedicated logistics coordinator. She promptly reached out and walked me through the process in detail before I signed any documents. I had several questions along the way and called her multiple times — while she rarely answered right away, she consistently called back within 30–60 minutes, which I really appreciated.
The only slightly inconvenient part was the pickup process, which was handled by FedEx. They provided a six-hour collection window and only pick up from the ground floor, so I had to keep all my boxes ready at that level. Fortunately, the FedEx driver who came for collection was very professional and arrived around 10:30 a.m. (within the 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. window), making the process easy and smooth.
Since I packed my own items, I could only opt for basic shipment insurance that covered box loss or misplacement — not the contents inside. Unfortunately, a few of my important crockery items arrived completely broken, despite being packed in high-grade double-layer boxes with bubble wrap and plenty of cushioning. I understand this falls on me since I opted for self-packing, but it’s something others might want to keep in mind when choosing between professional packing and self-packing.
Overall, I had a positive experience with Logicstics. The team was professional, responsive, and organized throughout. I’d rate them 4.5 stars for minor areas of improvement, but since that’s not an option, I’m happy to give them a full 5 stars.

Avoid at all costs!
I moved from NC to Ireland and had nothing but stress dealing with this company.
We had 13 boxes full of personal items. They said they would pick them up at the house a week before we were due to leave the country. They pushed it back to 3 days before we left. We thought it was cutting it close but didn’t have much choice in the matter. We waited and waited but no sign of any courier to come get it.
They informed us it would actually be the day before we were due to fly out. On the phone I stressed so so much that we were leaving the country and needed to be out of the house that day. I was 11, 12, 2pm someone would be there. 4pm rolls around and a poor young FedEx driver by himself shows up. He thought it was one box. My husband had to help him load the van.
Up until the day they were due to pick up I had no idea they outsourced to FedEx. I would never have chosen a carrier company that outsourced I the only thing they do. At that point I could have gone directly to FedEx which I had no intention of ever doing because they suck.
I was disgusted they used FedEx.
Not only that our stuff got lost. Half of our boxes arrived two weeks later. Dropped off by a taxi driver. Not a licensed courier. Thankfully he was very helpful but the fact they handed over our personal stuff to a taxi driver. Who could have taken the payment and our stuff and no one would have any trace of it.
One of the boxes was soaking wet and the box had ripped open. I had books and soft furnishings I had to throw away because they were mouldy.
Other boxes were compelely ripped open as if they had been thrown from car to plane. I had a vintage tea set that was smashed along with some other fragile items. I packed it incredibly well with packing peanuts, wrapping paper and blankets in layers. I have no idea what they did to these boxes to be so damaged.
When the second batch of items arrived we were still missing two. This time it was an actual FedEx driver who kindly told me one of the boxes contained smashed items and they wouldn’t allow him to take it in his van (not his fault). We had to drive to the FedEx location which luckily wasn’t too far away but they just told us we didn’t use enough packing materials. The employee was completely unhelpful and uncaring. When I say the photo frames were in bits. Wooden frames smashed to pieces not just the glass.
One of our boxes is still missing. It contained a painting my husbands grandmother made. I’m assuming it’s long gone. That’s something we can never replace.
I am sickened at how this company handled all of this. I am disgusted how they claim to be a courier company but pass off their responsibility to FedEx; of all the courier companies.
Avoid Logicstics at all costs. They outsource to horrible companies and your boxes will get damaged or go missing and they won’t care. And insurance won’t cover it. They just send the FedEx claim form. And FedEx won’t pay out either.
Save your money and go with a reputable brand.

We recently shipped our packages from the US to the Netherlands and had an outstanding experience with this logistics company. From the very beginning, the process was smooth and transparent.
Our sales representative, Shane, did a fantastic job explaining the entire procedure clearly and provided a reasonable, affordable quote that met our expectations perfectly.
Once the shipment process began, Laiba took over coordination and was truly exceptional. She stayed in regular contact, kept us updated at every stage, and even shared useful packaging tips to ensure everything arrived safely. Throughout the transit, she followed up diligently and answered all our questions promptly.
To our pleasant surprise, we received our packages much earlier than anticipated—everything arrived safely and in perfect condition.
A huge thank-you to Laiba for her professionalism, responsiveness, and care, and to the entire team for making this move so easy and stress-free. Highly recommended!

Like many people I review when it counts or when I have a poor experience. In this case, Rayzza at Logicstics, is a Superstar! Moving down the street can be stressful in of itself. Moving overseas on the other hand could drive one to insanity.
Rayzza worked with me on arranging air freight, weight of our cargo, and provided all the information necessary to file the proper paperwork. In addition, the quote was higher than the invoiced amount, and it should have been, but I know of companies that would squeeze every cent they could if possible. Instead, Rayzza and Logicstics did the right thing.
I rarely refer people to businesses for a number of reasons. However, if your moving cross country or overseas you should give Logicstics a call. Reasonable, easy, and proven. Five stars all the way.
Personal note: Rayzza, you are indeed a Superstar. You went above and beyond in my opinion. Customer service is nowhere close to where it used to be or should be. You on the other hand, have restored my belief that great customer relations is possible today. Well done. Logicstics is receiving these five stars based on your level of service. We hope you receive some kind of recognition for a job well done.

Three weeks late and counting.
We are getting no help from Logicstics. We have to work with fed-ex directly. The Logicstics rep didn't know all the documentation required for customs.

I very recently relocated from the east coast of USA to Switzerland and this company made what could have been very stressful, very easy. I worked with Jacob, who was always keeping me up to date and was always responsive when I had questions. They also help you with customs paperwork, etc.
10/10 would use them again. Thank you!

I used Logistics for my International moving from Boston to Italy and I couldn't be happier with the service provided by this company. Everything went perfectly smooth and the customer service helped me through all the steps of my relocation. A special thanks to Laiba Manzoor who accompanied me through this long moving process and made my relocation much easier to manage.
I will use Logistics again in the future.
