I went here to get new hex screws for a bed after moving into my new home and the previous were lost. 45 minutes later, and having to ask custom service to page someone got me no where. I left and didn't purchase a thing. Thanks for nothing Lowe's

I recently purchased a patio furniture set from Lowe’s, but when I opened the box, I realized it was missing all of the screws. I headed back to the store about 30 minutes before closing, and I was honestly blown away by the level of service. The manager and team were incredibly helpful and attentive—they quickly helped me find the exact screws I needed and even let me take them home free of charge.
This meant a lot to me because I had already unpacked the entire 200+ lb. patio set and rented a U-Haul to bring it home. Returning it would’ve cost me another $80 and a ton of time and effort. Their help saved me from a major headache, and I really appreciated how they stepped up, especially so close to closing time.
This Lowe’s location has consistently been reliable, well-stocked, and staffed with genuinely helpful people. Their customer service is top-notch, and I’m grateful for the support they provided during a stressful moment.
I know there were more people involved but special shout out to Jude who knew where everything was located !

The customer service was impeccable today. Ms. Francine, in appliances, was extremely kind, courteous, and resourceful.
Before leaving, I had to use the bathroom but I was apprehensive until I saw the young AA man actively cleaning the bathroom. He was very polite and did an amazing job.

Young man helped me locate a security system that was on sale at another store. When visiting the other store the item was in-stock as promised. The customer service I received was excellent is why I am writing this review.

Never ever buy anything online from this store - they will say you picked up your item, even when you haven't, and steal your money.

I filled out a job application 2 times now and have yet to get offered an interview let alone a response. I called the store to see if they could speak to a manager about the matter and was told that I couldn’t and that if the computer wants to select it would. I’m honestly just sick and tired of the run around. I’m young and I’m trying to just do what’s right and take care of my family and I can’t even get a job a Lowe’s while being I’ve qualified for the position I applied for(over night).

Said online order was ready for pickup. Showed up and half the items weren't ready. Of the items that were ready, I was shortchanged by about $25 once I got a chance to check the counts
