Waited 10 minutes for a register, with nobody else in line. Super chatty staff (one cashier was chatting with a customer about school, with a growing line), and no acknowledgment of customers waiting. I’d recommend visiting to try things on, but making your purchase online.

I brought my daughter in to the Walnut St, Philadelphia store tonight. It was her first time in there and the staff were so kind and attentive. She didn’t have a lot of money to spend but she did find something and walked out of there feeling like a star. Thank you Yasmine (our cashier) she was awesome so kind and informative. The store gives such a good vibe. Well done LuLu with your hiring great people!

Worst lululemon store i have ever walked into!! Hands down, staff is very rude and unappreciative and not willing to help. The customer service is horrible i would give zero stars if i could. Just FYI for management hire new staff and treat people with courtesy bc it directly affects u and your location. I’ve also written Lululemon themselves directly about this location. Hands down, the worst!! People need to remember the customer is always right not u and your attitudes.

Worst lululemon ever. The staff is super unfriendly, they all just stared at me when I asked a question. The store is also so empty that theres no selection of anything because people steal from here so much. Go to the Ardmore or KOP Lulu instead

I shop online and mostly at King of Prussia location with fine experiences as a premier customer. Today I visited the Center City location. The experience was not good. I got in line. The cashier waved me over, then proceeded to have a conversation with his coworker as I stood there waiting for his support. When he finally started to service me per my transaction AFTER he entered my telephone number in your system, allowing him to see I was a member and ALL of my purchase history he asked if I had a hard copy receipt. I said no. He then said in the future I would need a hard copy receipt for such a transaction. I was confused and asked, “How does that work?” Because a key feature of being a member is that all of my transactions when purchased under my member # are visible to Lululemon thus NOT getting a hard copy receipt is standard. Then he proceeded to mumble a response about potential fraudulent intent as a reason Lululemon requests hard copy. That was both offensive and made no sense. The transaction was 100% in support of the policy and member spend history is easily available to cashiers. After completing the transaction I left without purchasing anything which is a first as I have NEVER left a Lululemon empty handed. Lululemon please EDUCATE this employee on customer experience AND your policies. My user name above is associated with my membership and it was on 2.22.25 approximately 2:15 just prior to 2:30 Parc lunch reservation which is around the corner from your Center City location. Thank you

I ordered an item online for Christmas it was scheduled on time for delivery. My order is now postponed and says lost in transit. Will not be getting my item and will never be ordering online from this company again. Have not been able to talk to a real human and only an online robot that does not understand my question for what to do next with my order that I will now no longer be getting.

The customer service was wonderful! I came in during my lunch break on 19 November around 1125 and this young woman named Alicia (I think her name is that; she had braid and glasses on and was the store greeter). She directed me to what I needed and I ended up buying a pair for myself and my pregnant daughter! The Sales Associate who was in the back helped me make sure I got the right size for my daughter and I even showed her a picture🤣. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!♥️♥️♥️
