Incredibly helpful and friendly service. Went above and beyond to help us troubleshoot my MacBook. While I was in the store I also witnessed an employee help another woman find an antiquated charging cable to finish her walking tour with a group of middle schoolers. Would definitely shop here again!

If you want your Apple products repaired the right way, this is the ONLY place. This review is long overdue.Because I have beenbringing my business to this store for years and I have always been impressed. The service is fast and the price is always fair. The owner is a man of few words but don't let that fool you. He is extremely knowledgeable, very experienced and if he can't do it, no one else can.I highly recommend this place. Don't waste your time anywhere else.

Good repair, reasonable price, pretty quick. Guy who helped me was professional and quickly diagnosed my laptop's issues. Said it would take 3 business days to get the part and replace it and it took exactly 3 business days.

Dropped a DJI P4P drone off for repair to fix the camera gimbal. The Owner Kept the drone for weeks for repair the first time. Came to pick up the drone and the camera was still not working. It would not center or respond to controls as it should. It drifted horribly or would center itself at a 45 degree angle of the center of where it should and started to drift freely from there. The repairman kept the drone for several more weeks, requested additional time several times. Eventually he gave up charged me for the "services and parts" he provided before he would give it back. I finally got the drone sent out to DJI for repair and they said the wrong parts were used to repair it the first time and that the entire camera assembly had to be replaced for 700 bucks. Steer clear for all drone repairs.

I brought my Sony A7 camera here a couple days before a trip because it wouldn't turn on or charge. It only took 1 day for Kemar to fix. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had it fixed for me the next day. I had the opportunity to pick Kemar's brain when picking up my camera and he is very knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone to come here for tech repairs.

My phone suddenly got stuck in a loop of powering on and off while I was on call, and this was the only repair shop open late in the area. They diagnosed and fixed the problem within half an hour. There was one problem at first - after the repair, my phone wouldn't charge when plugged in - but I came in the next morning, and they fixed the charging issue under their repair warranty.

This is a valuable resource for the neighborhood. The proprietor is proficient at the microscopic welding technique needed for many important repairs. The hours seem limited but the staff is very small. This is a place for repairs, not sales. If something has to be done via proprietary software, the staff is quick to refer one to the dreaded Apple store. We are very glad to have found this resource.
