“Amazing service, can't say enough good things about everyone at Fishbox. If you need an antidote to the feeling you get from going to the post office, Fishbox is the cure-- they're always warm and friendly, creating a sweet little pocket of neighborliness where people don't feel weird about saying hi to each other. They're a long way from where I live in West Philly, but still so worth it, especially during the winter holidays when package theft is especially bad where I live. I currently only use them for packages I know I can get home on my bike, but if they ever open a satellite office in my neighborhood, I'll give up the anxiety of home delivery for good!”

They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products and services offered! Theresa C. (The Manager) is absolutely great at her role. She jumps right in when she hears a problem or concern and handles it! She backs her staff and follows through on what she says! I've gotten spoiled going there! My packages were getting delivered across the street to an apartment building when they clearly were addressed to the UPS STORE. She actually took the time to retrieve them. She explained she would look into it and she did! I've seen nothing but Team Work when I've gone and that is something to be valued! One Band One Sound! Thank you all for a job well done!”

Just be warned, you might stay longer than expected as you enjoy a story about the neighborhood. “I recommend this facility - and its staff - very highly.
Over the past year, I have been working with someone who had two storage units at this facility. The location on the edge of Center City is easily accessible AND (I wish that I had known this, the first few times that I was there) they allow parking in the loading dock while unloading/loading AND during the time that one is accessing one's unit(s).
Pricing is very reasonable/competitive at these below-ground units. The elevator is quite large and several flatbed trucks are available. This facility is open 7 days a week, but it is not open in the evenings.
In addition to selling boxes and bubble wrap, this facility offers FedEx shipping, which is very handy.
But one of the greatest pluses is the staff. Everyone there was extremely helpful and friendly, as well as professional. It was a pleasure to deal with every member of the staff.”
“The young woman working there with the bandana was incredible. There was a customer being rude to her, the phone was ringing off the hook, and people were lining up, yet she remained kind, professional, and friendly the entire time.
She was working completely by herself, which made her even more impressive. I have no patience for people who are rude to someone who is clearly working hard and doing their best.
